Nice one, all’s well that ends well.
Just had this in an email from motability
Hi Lou
If you create a Motability account here https://www.motability.co.uk/my-account/
you should be able to see the status of your order
good luck
Be careful if you find your scooter just manages to squeeze into the Outlander.
I was really pleased for a while that my combination of BMW 220i Grand Tourer and Rascal Liteway 3 Scooter. fitted like a glove being millimetre tight in the boot.Because this then means that when you go to put the scooter in the boot with the hoist, the scooter has to be positioned absolutely millimetre perfect at the rear of the car for pick up with no margin for error.
Which for me at least has put me off going for a hoist in my next car and instead I will go for a smaller car and spend more on an expensive but much lighter smaller scooter like the One Rehab illusion, 10kg being the heaviest part when broken down for transporting around and also get a bigger scooter for use from home.
Hope you find a solution that works for you.
Good luck on Monday Des hope all goes well for you and that you love the car.
I fully understand your anxiety though I’m the same haha ?If you ordered the premium se (AP £1499)from stock pretty sure that doesn’t have a sunroof
The new Ultimate (AP £499) does though

Blame WLTP testing as they decreed every car with every option has to go through testing, Mercedes circumnavigated this by adding packages, sadly when there is a parts shortage on one element it causes this chaos.
Surely a simple ‘Options Waiver Form’ should and could be devised, that allows consenting adults to sign that they understand that adding extras that have not been WLTP tested will add weight that will affect the mpg figures stated. ?♂️
As always governing bodies go from one extreme to an other.Ohm my god I see watt you did there @sif ?
Think you’ve been whoosed ?
joule and current ?
Congratulations. Enjoy your new car.
Good luck and I hope you enjoy your new car ?

Sounds like an horrible experience.
I would agree with karen j. Originally it was taken without consent. Then a further incident of aggravated car theft.
If you didn’t leave the keys in the vehicle and it was locked, I would say you’re all good.
Good luck

Good luck sorting it out @Shellie
A 7.62 SLR would be my choice and no need for the video ?
If you still have time you can get a copy logbook here
Hi James
Tell them you were having a bad day and didn’t want to get into what you thought would be a trivial conversation, not a loaded critical criteria test question.
Then tell them it means that much to you that if you can’t have it, that you will seriously consider leaving the scheme.
Nice one, very pleased for you, enjoy your new car ?
Definitely wouldn’t do a self repair.
When you took it for its MOT the garage would have taken photos and as Markw and Richard have said the gcb is paid out on much worse ‘wear and tear’ than that you described.
If you are staying on the scheme enjoy your new car?
I’m sure I read on here that you still get a proportion of the good condition bonus,ie 18 months left on lease = £300 payment after car has been returned.
I vaguely remember reading that too now you mention it Mike, my own experience was 3 years ago so could well have changed from then.
I can confirm in my recent experience that a pro rata GCB will also be paid on top of the pro rata AP,

Some more good news for you Billyboy?

Pleased for you @Billyboy.
Good morning @Billyboy
This is from my own experience in 2018 but it is the same now as then I believe, don’t worry and just tell Motability what you have told us.
I posted this in another thread. I pick up my new car next week after terminating the contract early on my current car, which I collected September 1st last year. (Terminated due to change in my condition)
From very recent experience:
Admin is a sliding scale from £0 to £250 depending on the reason for the change. Medical condition changes = less admin charge / whim = max charge
(mine was £50) Motability put a note on your account from the date they agree to the change and it remains valid for 6 months ( so you can pay the admin charge and change anytime in that 6 month window)
AP,s are on a pro-rata basis calculated from start of current contract to start of new contract.
Example: Original AP Audi Q3 £2099 divide 36 = £58.31 by the time my new car contract starts say 15 months
36 – 15 = 21 months remaining so multiply £58.31 by 21 = £1224.51 refunded from original AP
you need to pay new contract AP plus any options and adaptation costs, then you receive a cheque from motability for AP refund a few days later
You lose your right to any good condition bonus on your current car but do qualify to it on your new contract
