      I finally found the bmw genius chat so I decided to ask for update on x1 good job I did dealership put wrong car through it was still the x1 xline but I ordered the xdrive all wheel drive and it’s only on bmw as Sdrive I rang dealership on sat they said they would sort it which it hadn’t been by 10 am this morning how long would you wait before ringing them back I can see how it happened as we got discount so if they looked at price it was similar to the sdrive but I am so glad I checked yet all my paperwork says the correct car on

          Open an account on motability, top of page on main page says my account,you can check instantly on new application what is on order

            As Kev says worth checking on the Motability system too. Do keep in mind however that the BMW order will be the real tell, motability could be equally as unaware of the error.

              Motability will be unware of the error,only the dealer can change this,so you can see if he has or not,if not ring the dealer as motability cannot alter the order,only motability

                    Where do you find the genius chat anyway? It used to pop up before while configuring a car. I couldn’t find the chat option on the website now. Just wanted to check my order status independant from the dealer 😉

                            @garry thank you for that I couldn’t do it but am relatively new to forum I have a estimated build week in June so still got plenty time for them to change it I don’t understand how it’s happened all my paperwork from dealership and motorbility all have the all wheel drive model which is what I want but bmw have it down as two wheel drive it’s annoying hell out of me as it’s my first bmw and first impression from dealership is not too good now but I’m not signing for a car till I know it’s correct

                              ask dealer to contact bmw he ordered the car and it is only  the dealer who can correct it their order no one else’s

                                  Well dealer said they had to change slot as it was wrong car don’t now have any quota am really annoyed and top it off got wrong order number from dealer
