Will have a look at the cars settings and see if I can switch the function off – don’t understand why it’s needed when you can control heating from the app. ( some people want fresh air/ don’t want the interior getting too warm?)

Thanks for the reply – your answer was also the general consensus when I googled the problem – but I could swear the car was locked last night and I keep the key in a faraday box when not in use – so don’t understand how it could have happened

Hi had a bit of a worrying issue with my Enyaq this morning – locked my car last night but woke up this morning to the app telling me the car was unlocked and the windows open – went outside the car was unlocked and all four windows were open atleast an inch – has anyone experienced this before? And know what causes it?
Will try calling the dealer later

My Skoda App is showing “no connection “ I first noticed this yesterday- is this an issue with my car? Or does anyone have this problem? Ie is it something to do with Skodas servers again?

Ah ! That makes sense ! Sorry, I didn’t get the 21” alloys for those reasons. To be honest the mudflaps might reduce some road grime on the sills and arches – but the car in general gets that dirty that any improvement is barely noticeable and I only got them as part of the pack that gave me the rubber mats and boot liner that I actually wanted and needed

I have the mudflaps ( came as part of the protection pack – rubber mats, boot liner and mudflaps) I can understand a small impact on economy  and noise due to disrupting the air flow but don’t see how they make the ride harsher?
but I agree the car gets very dirty very quickly – I assumed it was to do with the aerodynamics

Had my Enyaq since just before Christmas, done a little over 1200 miles and had fill the screenwash reservoir, disappointed to find the cap is not the funnel type – apparently this is optional  skoda part 000 096 706

We ordered our Enyaq in June last year, was prompted to do the survey by Ohme the same week ( which isn’t easy in a wheelchair- do think they should send some out to do it) & Smarter utility fitted it in the July – not in my preferred location and cable is above skirting ( thankfully hidden by kitchen units / white goods in the utility room) we have the home pro with the 8m cable – in less than 6 weeks the cable tidy was buckling under the weight of the cable – contacted smarter utility twice and was ignored – Ohme sent another installer and they replaced it . The replacement also buckled before we took delivery of the car in mid December ( so five months or so warranty time wasted with a charger not being needed yet) we have since replaced the cable tidy with a 3d printed one from eBay that also puts the holster at 90 degrees so protrudes less from the wall. the Ohme app and Skoda app api don’t talk to each other so you have to manually tell Ohme how much % charge you want.

overall can’t complain too much for something I only paid for upgrading to the 8m cable – but not overly impressed with Ohme ( for 1k the build quality of the cable is awful) the app isn’t the best – and wasn’t impressed with Smarter utility either – it was fitted quickly – months before I took delivery of the car.

That’s my point – it’s not resetting when I charge – it’s says I’ve done 299 miles since last charge when in reality I’ve only done less than 60 miles – therefore I assume all the data on “since charge” is wrong

I was wondering if anyone has an issue with the “since charging” data. I charge twice weekly from 50 to 80% because my cheapest rate £/kw is between midnight and 5am and although you can reset the long term and since start data you can’t reset the since charge data which in my case is constantly wrong – does anyone else have this issue with their Enyaq ? Is there a way to fix it ?

I have already had the first cable tidy buckle due to the weight of the cable (8m) and the plastic replacement ( for free by Ohme/installer) has now also buckled. I’ve ordered a 3d printed one from eBay which is much more sturdy and puts the holster at 90 degrees to take up less room from the wall. Ohme should not get away with selling a cable tidy that’s not fit for purpose. Ohme did say they were reviewing the design and I have seen metal cable tidys but people suggested this was sharp and could damage the cable.

My pre-heating schedule is set up in the car, but it still isn’t working unless plugged into the charger since this cold snap. People are saying it’s the 12v battery  running low. Not sure how many miles are needed to charge the 12v battery.

I was due to collect my new car this Friday however sales have been in touch today saying it will be delayed 2-3 weeks because

“ Skoda have identified Enyaq vehicles from a certain production period where there could be a possible issue with the battery module therefore, they would like them replaced before being delivered to the customer”

Has anyone experience of the battery needing replaced? I’m worried that this has happened before I’ve even collected it and I’m considering rejecting the car.

I ordered on 19th June, was told to expect early December best case, late January 25 worst case, I ended up with a build week 39 in Sept. Was contacted by sales today to say that they expect the car over the weekend, I’ve arranged to collect a week today – does anyone have advice on the collection process ie common problems/ things ill definitely need shown how to set up/ use?

Apart from the sacrilege of ford calling an SUV  “Capri” I don’t see the point in the car, you have the explorer which is meant to be practical, you already have the Mustang as the coupe model so what’s the point in the new “Capri”??
also agree that fords prices for EV explorer & PHEV Kuga are  ridiculous when you look at the AP of the Enyaq for example

Just had a phone call from salesman. I ordered 19th of June, was told I had a build week of 39, apparently he’s been advised that it’s built, and that shipping & transport could take another 2 to 4 weeks.

got to say I’m not impressed with the post order customer service

Thank you – that’s where I’d like to keep the cable – I don’t want under the boot floor especially when my wheelchair is in the boot

Sorry if this has been asked & answered elsewhere on the forum – but does the Enyaq come with the IV cable storage bag in the boot or is this a dealership accessory?

I was given an email from the salesman saying I had a provisional build week 39 then that was followed up with a phone call saying it was confirmed so to expect a delivery mid November- but I have nothing to prove this – nothing from Skoda.Have to say after the test drive itself and placing the order I am decidedly unimpressed with the sales experience

I ordered on the 19th of June,
Salesman emailed me this week to say that they had an unconfirmed build date of week 39 in Sept and he suggested that would be a delivery of mid November, which is an improvement of the Early/mid December, worst case scenario January 25 he told me on day i ordered
