Hello fellow Skodians. I hought I would start this thread, as there seems to be quite a few either taken ownership, placed orders or just thinking about getting the best ev out there.
So, any questions that someone may be able to answer, any good or bad dealings with dealers, specs wanted or received, perhaps someone could help others in their quest

The Since Charging data is reset everytime you charge, but you knew that. Whats wrong with your data?
Skoda Enyaq Race Blue
January 30, 2025 at 6:50 pm #296814That’s my point – it’s not resetting when I charge – it’s says I’ve done 299 miles since last charge when in reality I’ve only done less than 60 miles – therefore I assume all the data on “since charge” is wrong
2024 Enyaq 85x Sportline Plus, 2021-2024 5008 GT Premium, 2016-2021 Golf GTD DSG, 2013-2016 Ds3 D-sport 1.6 thp, 2010-2013 Mondeo 2.2 Titanium X, 2007-2010 Civic 2.2 EX, 2004-2007 Mazda 3 2.0 Sport, 2001-2004 Fiesta 1.6 Zetec-S, 1998-2001 Escort 1.6 Zetec

The since charging data is rarely correct I’ve found. I can usually get away with one charge a week where it’ll charge to 80 overnight (even the one time I had it down to 3% after a long drive). It’s saying 286 miles since charge which is nonsense as I’ve only done rounds trips of around 14 mile each day this week.
I’m lucky if the guestimate meter has shown over 200 range on a 80 charge since we’ve had freezing temperatures, been averaging 2.4-3kwh

February 5, 2025 at 6:15 pm #297109I’m having exactly the same issue here, the long term and since start data are fine, but the since charging data will not, and cannot manually be, reset
Skoda Enyaq 85X SportLine Plus SUV Arctic Silver with Pan Roof
ORDERED 30/5/24
BUILD WEEK 39 at 5/9/24
COLLECTED 30/10/24February 5, 2025 at 6:29 pm #297112Sounds like my old Kona. Three trips 1, Since last start and could be manually reset anytime. 2, Total distance and cannot be reset. 3, Since last charge and could only be reset by charging the car.
I miss the last one as I sometimes forget to reset the trip to see what a full charge gets me in the scenic e-tech.

February 12, 2025 at 3:35 pm #297572I called my nearest Skoda dealer who said if we order now it will be the new Enyak model we would get, with 5/6 months waiting.

Anything i post over three lines long please assume it is an article lol.February 12, 2025 at 4:46 pm #297575I don’t think they know which end is which again. I spoke to the dealer today as we have one accepted by the factory but not got a build week and Skoda hasn’t decided on upgrading existing orders to the new facelift or not according to the Skoda UK live chat. If I hear anything else then I’ll update
Cheers
February 12, 2025 at 4:54 pm #297576I live in hope that one day a salesman will tell me something that turns out to be true lol.

February 12, 2025 at 4:59 pm #297578Anyone know how to edit the route when sending a route plan to the car. I find the Skoda app can sometimes pick a weird route and always selects the wrong chargers, I prefer to use Tesla open to all but the app favours Ionity.

Week 9 is when factory changes the components for computers tools etc and Week 10 starts the production of the skoda enyaq facelift
February 12, 2025 at 5:57 pm #297583After a long conversation with Motability, this is the official line. No further orders will be accepted for the Enyaq and guaranteed to be upgraded to the facelift only orders placed before Monday the 10th February will be protected. Now, who knows if this is the case, but this is what they told me about an hour ago.
Cheers
February 12, 2025 at 6:46 pm #297589To be honest if the guys on the phone there told me the sky was blue I’d have to go outside then Google it anyway.
Most of the time those people are working of a flowchart or have very limited data and outside of the “script” can tell you nothing.
When I faced having my hire car taken away because of delivery delays they insisted it was tough, nothing they could do and I’d get my allowance back but it’d take 8 weeks to return it and in the meantime I was on my own.
After escalating thru CEO they said I never should’ve been told all of that and sorted it all in changing hire car to a plug in hybrid.
You can only go off what you’re told but I’ve been told such rubbish by them I double check everything now. I have experienced them telling you what you want to hear to get rid of you too. I’m sure there are times when they hive out good info too mind you.

Totally agree the information changes constantly and at the moment they’ve told us our hire car can only have two week extension and that’s with the CEO involvement, going to email again and see where I get.
February 13, 2025 at 1:53 am #297620February 13, 2025 at 5:46 am #297623Don’t take any BS from them. They extended my hire car for more than that. I also reasoned with them that it took DL an unreasonable amount of time to make the decision to write the car off too. Accident happened 29th Oct they finally made the decision and gave me permission to order a replacement over Christmas.
If they don’t budge try going to your MP too. The amount of profit they make the least they can do is fully look after us, good luck with it.
