I don’t think marketing a product as a Citroen ami rival is a good idea. I’ve seen reviews on them and they look absolutely terrible.

There is also no chance any gov would introduce an “official motability car”

Why would you entertain a 4cyl petrol engine but not a 3cyl?

I’m not massively into zombie shows but did enjoy the walking dead. I got bored with it after a while too. Not actually sure how it kept going for so long.

i like loads of things but mainly cops and robbers, corruption, assassins, car chases, investigations type shows.

Only things I can think of that I’m not really into are Space and fantasy with dragons and goblins etc. Nothing against it but I know they don’t hold my interest

I’ve been struggling to get into new tv shows for a while now.
Recently watched Reacher on prime and thought that was excellent. First show in ages where I’ve actually looked forward to watching the next episode.

Prior to that I watched Yellowstone which I loved too. First series is a bit all over the place in terms of story but if you can get though that it’s worth it. Very brutal in places though so be warned.

What kind of shows do you like Jojoe?

Brydo, if you like that you should see what you think of a site called “be clever with your cash” similar sort of thing to MSE but it’s just one guy called Andy Webb. Pretty easy to follow and I quite like his YouTube videos

I like the fact that you can move the infotainment tablet thing out of the way when you’re driving if you don’t need to use it. Pretty cool that it has a locking compartment underneath the tablet too

Great to hear you’ve ordered the JCW. I think mini’s are great and have one of the best interiors on the market!

I’ve sat in a standard cooper and it was too low for me to use everyday but if it wasn’t, they’d definitely be high up on my list.
I’d also consider the EV mini too as I really like the look of them with those mad alloys which I know aren’t everyone’s cup of tea.

Exterior looks like a mix of a few different cars and the interior has a modern day Nissan figaro vibe.

                        Pretty cool little car.

No good for me as I don’t fancy a 5 hour round trip to take it to the nearest dealer ?

I am actually quite surprised to see this car on the scheme. Hopefully we see more EV’s like this join. Even if it’s not suitable for me I’m still happy with any increase in choice

Wonder if the current 116d (assuming they still do them) would be in a low enough insurance group for u25 these days? Remember when the new A Class was released and it was just over so u25 just missed out on it

Peugeot probably the best looking with the coolest interior but the Skoda Kamiq could be worth a look. I’d say just look at as many as you can. Loads of times I’ve looked at a car and crossed it off the list as soon as I sat in it

I’ve discovered that most of the new cars that have been added to the scheme are due for either direct replacement (2024 Tiguan, 2024 BMW X2) or an update of some sort, (facelift) and thus, they will become ‘dated’ within the next 2 years.

Would you rather they weren’t added?

If you’re in a position to wait until that £750 AP reduction comes in then there’s some reasonable prices out there.

I’ve noticed the Mini John Cooper Works has found it’s way onto the scheme. There’s one for the people who want something fast. 230ps I believe

I doubt there will be any significant ap reduction given the fact that they’re increasing the incentive payment from £250 to £750.

                                    Hope I’m wrong though

I thought it was alright. They didn’t have the trophy model in which I’d have liked to have seen. Looks pretty good and considering it’s priced at the lower end of EV’s it didn’t feel cheap. It’s been getting really good reviews online and I’d say it’s definitely worth having a look at.

The guy offered me a test drive but I use a large panoramic rear view mirror when driving as I can’t really turn my body and I couldn’t see a way to attach it in the MG as there wasn’t enough of a gap between the existing mirror and the windscreen so I didn’t bother. That alone was enough to put me off it but if I could have found a solution I’d have definitely gone back for another look/test drive

The MG4 I believe is quick to get.

I was in my local MG dealer a couple of weeks ago having a look at the MG4 and I think the salesman said Q1 23 if I wanted one

I have one of those foil screen protectors which I got from Aldi years ago. It wasn’t expensive and does the job of keeping your windscreen clear. Forgetting to actually put it on is my biggest problem.

Other than that, I have a couple of milk cartons that I fill with water and pour that on which I find is much quicker than de icer. Depends how cold it is obviously
