I have just gone out today an ordered an ID3 Pro S Tour and been informed that delivery is expected to be late September early October.

Not sure of the age of your Tiguan but mine had its first oil change and service at 2 years old. As this was stated by Motabiliity.

On order Skoda Enyaq 85X Sportline PlusIt should not matter which number you call as all Motability vehicles are registered on the RAC system with their registration numbers. If you went through to one of the normal call centres they should transfer the call to the Motability desk which is based and managed at Bescot, Walsall.
I worked for the RAC for 20 years and whilst I was with them Motability breakdowns was monitored very well. Being on the other side now and having called the RAC a couple of times in the last 2 years it is not like what it used to be. The standards have very much declined.

If you have got a good salesman would should have been given an order straight. I my self entered my order directly into the ordering system (supervised by my salesman) and at the end of the order it threw up a confirmation with the order number at the top of the page.
If they cannot provide number possibly means they have had their quota and cannot physically order until tomorrow at the earliest..

As you might of guessed your dealer is spouting a load of codswallop.
Luckily where I live the VW dealer has probaly the best Motability Specialist and there are quite a few of members on here that will agree.
Once you get the Tig you will be overwhelmed with it and you’ll soon forget the BS you have got from your dealer.

My sister drives an A-Class and she loves the interior. I had a look at the B-class on Sunday and it was impressive. I currently drive a Touran and although I like the car, I felt like change. Only downside is no Adapative Cruise Control and i have to pay for AppleCarplay on the Sport model.

On order Skoda Enyaq 85X Sportline PlusWhen I got mine in Oct 2018 it landed in the UK on Sept 23rd 2018, then it sat at the dealers for 5 weeks as it could not be registered nor taxed as VW had not released the WLTP figures as mine was one of the first to land in the UK with WLTP 2 certificate.
When I ordered mine the dealer could not get hold of my spec of Tiguan and I ended up test driving my own car.
You all will enjoy the Tig, its a great car and I still enjoy getting behind the wheel.

On order Skoda Enyaq 85X Sportline PlusThe reason for that is when the vehicle is offloaded from the ship it is scanned which creates a notification. Usually the second stage 6 message means it has moved within the port and usually means it has moved to the transporter lanes.
