Barely any maintenance required on them either. I’m not a car person and know very little about the mechanic side of things. But all you need to maintain really is Brakes, tyres and washer fluid. Not to mention the very cheap run cost if you have a home charger.
I could never go back to an ICE now.
What Skoda dealership was this ? I’m pretty sure you can change your dealership to any Skoda one that provides motability. If you have to deal with them again and there’s other local ones around it may be worth changing.
I’m not sure if I like that , would have to see the interior also. It looks like a car from a video game.
If they where faulty from factory, surely they would have been picked up as faulty by the PDI done by the dealership ?
It should take less than 5 seconds. My wife used to work for RSA (royal & sun alliance). If someone needed a no claims email, they would literally just press the send copy button and enter en email, Really was as simple as that , and this was over 7 years ago.
Kia have a habit of doing this, last quarter they added the Kia EV4 GT line . Then removed it about 4 days later.
Not heard anyone having to undertake a Mid lease review ? Wonder if that means people who have to claim via their insurance or something.
It is on the scheme ? It was added yesterday I think.

The EV3 air was £999 in Q1.

Use that website it’s tracks history of prices on motability cars if interested.

Does the drive smart change it’s algorithm based on what type of car you drive to determine it’s score ? I mean Evs accelerate way more faster than ICE cars for example. Some EVs also have 1 pedal driving , does that effect braking scores ?
I’ve had no issues with Ohme myself , after almost 3 years of ownership. Although alot of people don’t like the fact the Ohme Epod doesn’t lock the cable into the charger so beware if you get one.
From the early leaks it seems all EVs so far have gone insanely high for APs.
Ford certainly won’t be selling many Electric cars via motability next Q.

Those ford Puma e where £0 AP on Q3 last year. Now 4k !
When I went into my local Skoda branch (Crewe), to order my Enyaq. He said a week before a bloke drove down from Edinburgh to pick up a stock car as he didn’t want to wait. Fair round trip that is.
I ordered on Jan 28th. He did say at the time would be around April / May so will have been around 12 weeks almost by the time I have it.
I had a phone call from my Enyaq dealer yesterday. my car would be ready for pick up on the 2nd week in April is the reason he rang. He did say it’s a good job I ordered this Quarter as he said it will be 2.5k going forward. That’s just for the base SEL.
If the Enyaq was on 10% battery and you charged to 80% at 66p kwh. That would cost you around £35 every single charge. Not only that you would be spending alot of time sat in car parks.
Where as with a home charger that same charge would cost about £4 depending on tariff.
There is no chance I would have a EV without a home charger.

Yeah seen that , the only one I really want is the new updated screen that runs on android. Other than that the rest are nice but I wouldn’t mind missing out.
The power tailgate is standard on an Enyaq.
It wasn’t for me , my current car has matrix headlights , the amount of people that flash me daily is annoying so I’ll go without. I very rarely got flashed with just standard LEDs.
I also ordered the SEL 85 in racing blue , it has loads of kit for the £750 ap price. I ordered in Feb was told around June for delivery.
I’ve ordered the exact same car , Enyaq SEL in racing blue , 750ap is a great price with all the kit it comes with. I ordered first week in Feb and was told end of may
Thank god I’m not under 30 or a new customer. But I would imagine in the future, I can see them making everyone on the scheme use it one day.
Yeah it is , just seems very steep £20 , even on the most expensive public chargers wouldn’t even cost that much.
