It was showing 148 miles at 48% then something like 310 at 100% it was a 75kw charger, so we could’ve actually done Norfolk to Lincoln to Cleethorpes, out and about then home without charging as satnav said 120 miles home, super impressed as that was without eco driving too. Yeah I believe the red led flashes on the key to tell you it’s active and eventually if not moved it goes to sleep
Tried to get my head round this kw/mile but brain has had enough lol. Roughly 300 miles would cost how much to recharge?
We were visiting family recently and was at a Marston pub in Cleethorpes for tea and charged the car whilst eating. Car actually reached 100% from 48% by time I’d eaten one course. According to Octopus that charge was £28
Roughly how many miles was that
I’ve got my eye on the Karoq SE L / Sporline. I’ve only gotten until the end of October to get my order in though, and torn as to ordering now or waiting to see if the APs go down.. After paying £500 for my last AP, the increase has caught me off guard!
If you currently have a car, you can extend the lease. Might take the pressure off.
I saw the Karoq 4×4 2.0 DSG – £4K Ap but the high fuel consumption put me off. Smaller car than the Kodiaq so I think the 1.5 engine will be fine for my needs. Looking forward to test driving this soon.
Karoq is a great car. Just too small for my needs
Would love the Skoda Kodiaq 190 4×4 version. Had the Tiguan but always felt it lacking in power when needed. 150bhp not enough for that big car.
For me the reason to leave the scheme was the lack of good sized diesels. I had the Tiguan All space 2.0 diesel and found the 1.5 petrol ‘lacking’ in performance and economy. Might go for Hybrid at a pinch but would love for Tiguan R or Skoda Kodiak in diesel. In my humble opinion this so called climate change is a bit ‘far fetched’.
I wouldn’t panic too much. When you sell your old car you need to notify DVLA asap, or you will be liable for any fines, taxes etc. When you have informed them, your disabled tax no longer applies to this car so it will be no issue for Motability to tax the new one.
If you extend the lease beyond 3 years, you can cancel at anytime after the original 3 years is up. We extended and saw a car we like after 4 years and 2 months, we signed a new deal and didn’t need to see out the 5 year extension.
Thanks bud
Hi. If you are Four years into a Five year agreement, which was originally a Three year but got extended, would you be able to return the car before the Five years is up?
Kia sportage gt line s AWD now £4000 AP is that correct ?
Tell me about it 🙁
Doesn’t look good if you were waiting on the Kodiaq
About a year ago
Had mine extended for Two years with 30k miles

Agree that lane assist as well as start stop are both death traps. Never used the self parking to be honest. VW Tiguan
Waiting to see if the newer Skoda Kodiak comes on
Fair point Macca. The Qashqai was about ten years ago. Hopefully things have improved since
Lovely motor. My only fear is the CVT gearbox. Had one in a Qashqai and hated it. Always sounded like clutch slipping.
Hi. First post so be gentle lol. Had this issue with the current Tiguan. I discovered one of the USB sockets was always live. Using this one with a usb stick full of mp3’s I am able to continue on where I left off from the previous trip. Worth a look
