I’m sure all of you who have one on order, have been eagerly waiting (as of I) for Q1 24 to see what will be updated… and now the msport is available! (With 3 different packs too).

now the question on my head. If we want to switch to the msport model with the dealer, will they have to raise a whole new order with the factory, or will they be able to trim msport with the original factory slot?

@Matt car looks really good. Did you get the 35 badge removed? If so how?

@glos guy Yes £750 lifetime but worth every penny if you do any sort of mileage.Saying that though a 50k car should have it on as standard but that’s bmw for you.

@Mm7 I asked the dealer to remove it, I want the edrive badge removing aswell but there was a misunderstanding. Apparently it comes off easily with a hairdryer and some dental floss

Thanks good to know. Did you have to tell them in advance or on the day? Also do they charge. I think the car looks nicer without the 35 badge

Thanks. I’m looking at the iX1 and I think it has the same. Regular cruise control as standard and adaptive via subscription. Had ACC on our last car (Volkswagen) and didn’t like it at all, but I have no doubt that the BMW system will work far better.

@Mm7 I called in when the car arrived at the dealership to make sure the seats were OK, as I’d been told they were the same as the car I’d had for a test drive but they didn’t have seat base angle adjustability,  so I just asked rhen when I arranged a pickup date. Just asked when the dealership call to arrange collection, it shouldn’t be a problem and was free.

Hello guys

Just a quick update to say I collected my i4 m sport pro on Friday

a couple of you had questions

Bmw gave me a bmw charging card for discounted Bp pulse and ionity Charging, you register this through the bmw app

I also got given a motability go charge card and they also fitted in a ohme home pro charger at my house

when I collected the car my salesmen even gave me a gift (bmw umbrella)

My car battery percent was at 93% and 233 range showing when I collected

overall the car is amazing, the seating position is higher up and a lot better than my previous 3 series and the seats are one of the best seats I’ve sat in (m sport seats)

My questions..

Can dealerships offer free upgrades such as larger alloys?

If I pick an “individual” bmw paint would that be an extra charge?
