Can i ask what colour interior/exterior combo you went for please
Ordered about the same time as me then, im getting a little worried TBH. Dealer told me my first choice of digital blue was no longer available to the UK in the ultimate trim and when i checked it was indeed no longer on the UK configurator, however when i look now its back on but the Ultimate red i ordered has disappeared. I have messaged the dealer a few times but they always seem to be evasive around the subject of the interior, i ordered light grey but on the order under the trim section it just has a dash not a colour option. On your order sheet does it state a colour under trim ?

----------------------------It`s each to his own i suppose but it i would take that over the Enyaq all day long. For me the Enyaq has slipped into that same dowdy group along with the Volvo XC40, they just look dated even though im sure its a brilliant car. I really like what Peugeot have done to their new cars to elevate them, from the new badge designs to the lovely interiors as well as some striking external lines. Good that they have included features like V2L as well something i think that Skoda have missed out on with the update.
If my Ioniq 6 was not already built and awaiting shipping then i would be seriously considering that car.

----------------------------Ahh i got mine from Evens Halshaw Leeds, but they were only doing the £750 off on stock cars at the time so i didn`t get it which is a shame, still a good price for a lot of car though.

----------------------------He never said why, hoped it would be sooner but did not want to promise and then go back on it. My thoughts were if it`s already built and sat in a lot somewhere then 3 months to ship it from South Korea seems excessive even with the middle east issues.
Guess its just me been impatient i suppose.

----------------------------By the way Kezo I had a good talk with my niece the legal secretary xmas day she told me to forget an ev until the rules change as my parking spaces are communial as is the path between my car and the start of the slabs to my front door ! It is bad news especially as the ev prices will fall again next Tuesday as in the ID4 etc but alas for now I can’t do anything ! Hope you had a great Xmas I’m watching on eBay for an omega swatch moonwatch new with box with receipt on eBay I adore them ! Nieces husband got one in Paris £238 new some scoundrels are getting £260 I’d pay that
I treat myself to an Omega seamaster 300 ceramic 2 years ago when i turned 55, never had it off my wrist since. A beautiful watch and worth every penny even though the war office thought i was mad spending that on a watch.

----------------------------Yes mate i had that, all the accusations that it was me pressing the key until i explaind i had the keys in a faraday pouch and they were in an empty draw at the time. The car was plagued with electrical faults but like you i was an early adoptor of the model in the UK so im convinced it was just early teething problems as loads of people have since had 3008 pugs and loved them.

----------------------------I know that feeling well, i had a PUG 3008 and used to come out of the house to all the windows fully down or the boot wide open. Once came out of the supermarket and the hazards were on and the wipers going full speed on a sunny day. Used to dread coming out of the house on a morning or walking out of shops, we even cancelled a holiday because i did not want to park it up for 2 weeks at the airport in case it got nicked, not the sort of feelings you should be having for a beautiful car like that. Motability fully understood i had, had enough after 9 months and swapped it over without charge, like you i lost the money i paid for the special paint i had but got the deposit back pro rata and used that for a tiguan which was flawless for 3 years. Dont put up with anymore stress just get rid, its not worth it trust me.

----------------------------Yup i agree with that sound advice, i would order now and cancel or adjust if the time or changes come. Seen way too many people on here, myself included suffer disappointment due to last minute changes to the prices and listings.

----------------------------The heat pump will not make it hotter, just more efficient at heating rather than relying solely on the electric heater. However i have read on several forums and seen it mentioned in several video reviews that the heated seats in the Ioniq 6 are at the top of the game when it comes to heat spread, one guy called them savage lol. i can also say the seats in my Soul are also very good, giving a really good distribution of heat across the seat. Cannot comment on the Skoda of course. One thing that swayed me away from the skoda was the amount of people in the UK enyaq forum who had issues with the software and the heated mirrors, so i decided on the Ioniq 6 in the end.

----------------------------3 years in now and it remains pretty consistent with the EV database figures.
Summer i get around 310 range and hit around 5m per kwh
Winter i get around 260 range and hit around 2.5m per kwh
My over all combined consumption based on the 3 years is 4.1m per kwh.
You after understand it will be different for each person as not everyone drives the same and in the same mode. I drive in normal mode almost of the time and i drive it like any other car i have owned. I have brake regen on full as i like the one pedal driving. I have the climate set at 72 all the time and regulate using heated seats and steering wheel if it gets cold, the car regulates between heat and AC automatically. I use sport mode if im bored or want a little fun on quiet roads but i never use ECO mode. Overall once you make the adjustment it becomes normal, i personally would never go back to a combustion engine and have just ordered an Ioniq 6 for my next car. I think more people would swap too in the private sector if the prices would just come down as im sure in the future as the tech advances they will.

I hope we don’t both turn up at the same wedding with identical cars, or is that just women that bother about outfits and things like that, lol. Do you know what amount of charge you are getting at time of picking up your new car and is there a cost for it, as per my other topic, as mine have apparently put a £50 charge on, without discussing it with me.
When i picked up my Kia soul it was fully charged and i expect the same from Hyundai, in fact i told the guy when i ordered it that i expected a full charge on collection and his reply was yes of course. I would be cancelling my car unless they gave me that 50 quid back. Which dealer was it by chance.

----------------------------I would recommend a test drive in the ioniq 6 if your considering it, i cast the 5 aside as i thought it felt a bit wobbly in corners plus i prefer the interior of the 6. Like you i was sick of SUV driving having owned 5 over the past 5 leases so thought the 6 made a refreshing change, and it is a beautiful car to drive.
Should never wish time away but i`m counting the days to Feb/Mar lol

----------------------------I`ve driven one and they are horrendous so for me it would be a big fat NO, even if they were free. Quite happy to wait for the right car in the colour i want. Yes its a pity there were no stock cars to bag the extra £750 but you cannot have everything i suppose.
All they had when i was in the dealer was a white premium edition, so not suitable.
