5th sep status changed to 047
9th oct status 111
23rd April status 112
12th March 150 – to be built at plant Munich
20th March- 152 – entered paint shop
21st march – 182 built
21st march -190 despatched from AG
25th March – 193 arrived at port cuxhaven
11th April delivered to dealership

@budest its on D mode, i dont uze the B mode. if i get close to the car in front it will break before i break, if im turning into a street and havent slowed down yet and there is a car at the junction it will slow me down and break before i have even attempted.
Does anyone know how to turn this off. My i4 keeps breaking before i have pressed the break. im not sure if its noticing a distance from the car in front and keeping a distance but Im not use to this takeover.
maybe i just have to learn to get use to it?
I picked up my M sport with tech pack and must say the HK is really good. In fact i love the head up display too but the wireless charging is rubbish.
I was debating in my head whether I should have stuck to the sport and not wasted the extra money but i don’t regret it one bit. The M sport is incredible, the seats are so comfortable and brooklyn grey with sun protection has got the heads turning.
Also Marshall’s honoured the £500 cash back that we were debating last yearThe car is well worth the 7 Month wait.
Terrible! Its a difficult one because overall you would be waiting a whole year for it. On the positive an extra 4 months would mean you get the car you want, a face lift model and hopefully some gesture of goodwill to reduce the AP or discount off extra’s for their mistakes.
I would be tempted to put in a complaint and speak to the manager and say you wont be leaving a good review on the motability website under the dealers and then make a decision after that. Theyr’re probably unbothered about you cancelling it as they know someone else will take the car.
oh i see so you went for the pro pack m sport and added £900 for the hk system and he didn’t add it on and now its gone to 150 status.
i hope they are offering you something for their errors maybe 20% off extras or something.@Ryan it doesn’t sound like your dealer is trustworthy. Thats soo annoying for you. As its now come off motability, how would your dealer agree the new code with motability ?? im sure there is a way but does he guarantee it.
Did everyone get both the BMW charging card for discounted Bp pulse and ionity Charging and the motability go charge card ?

@Ryan that would be concerning for me too but Why dont you give motability a call?
Im sure they would adhere to it anyway as the dealer has placed your order with BMW its just the asmin paperwork between then and motability. I was told by my motability dealer who didnt change my sport to m sport for almost 2 months that if the vehicle came off the scheme and they’ve placed the order then they can work it out with motability with a phone call.its worrying but just get it down in writing via an email its the best way.
Could the range be influenced by the tyres you have hence why your range is lower compared to others? although there have been some sport users With larger tyres.
The range on the motability site shows less with m sport and even less with the m sport pro pack compared to sport.

Hi all just wanted to ask, my pip payment date is 15th and i4 is to arrive on week of 8th, i want to keep the pip mobility payment to help with the AP for April. When does the mobility payment stop is it after you collected the car or from when it arrives to dealer?
So far i haven’t paid anything towards the AP. Thanks

Exact same colour i have gone for but no pro pack just tech pack. After seeing your photo even though mine wont be as aggressive as yours Im looking forward to it even more.
@AKX how did you get on at your dealers? Did you have to pay the extra or were you able to get out of it.

I know Matt gave us a timeline of 22days from when the i4 enters bodyshop to delivery.
Can anyone else who has received their order give approximate time for how long it took to get their i4 once entering body shop to the dealers please?
Initially it was build week 12 delivery week 15 then got pushed to 17 now to 18.@Ayzee terrible! I ordered at the same time as you 3rd sep and its been a longgg wait. Could you not complain as you changed to M sport solely on keeping the same order number right otherwise you would have stuck to the sports.
I did have a push back as originally it was march build and collection but now its week of 18th build and delivery end of April for the change to M sport. But i have a feeling it might be further pushed back too
@Kezo they left me with nothing no cable at all. infact didnt even show me how to use the charger and just gave the leaflet.
i will have to call them and request for the cable but calling Ohme is a nightmare and a half. Maybe I will try motability thanks
