will never happen you need to stop reading the news as 99% of storys are lies.just like in the covid days
Fuel rationing was never mentioned during covid lockdown, infact fuel was cheap,we could do with another lockdown to stop the gross profiteering thats going on,some individuals/speculators bank balances must be busting at the seams.
When are the ration books getting sent out.
VW Taigo surely that will come onto the scheme, its better looking than the T Roc its replacing.
Petrol in our area £1.589 litre and diesel £1.699 litre, I am so glad we have a PHEV the majority of our journey in EV mode, Octopus Go 5p @ kWh or free from our solar panels. We really for those less fortunate
@oscarmax I am moving into a property that has solar panels fitted, all i have been told is that the power they produce goes into the “grid”Do you have any detailed info regarding the above, also does the energy supplier to the property know there are solar panels fitted ?
Supply and deamand economics.
Drivers cant get off the fuel magic roundabout.
Demand increases so prices increase (you get less for your £1) so you put more fuel in to fill the tank, that increase demand so prices increase, rinse and repeat.
Horses will soon be back in fashion,i’m telling thee.

The price of fuel does not seem to be affecting the drivers where i live Sheffield,i live very close to a dual carriageway ring road 40 limit, and see plenty of speeders, maybe they are all drug dealers getting from deal to deal.
This needs to change, when the car contract is signed whatever the rate is at that time is what you should pay Motability for the 3 years or 5 years length of contract.
Its daylight robery, the DWP should clamp down on Motability,if the rates increase each year over the contract length the claimant should get the extra money not Motability.
Chinese will not be getting anything off me.
For a whole host of reasons.
Ivory,Rhino horn,Tiger etc etc etc, eating dogs, cats and anything else that lives and breathe’s has fur on its back or scales.
Covid dropping that on the world.
And now China’s back slapping of Putin.
Bollox to em.

We will all be buying donkeys soon enough when Putin gets down to the nitty gritty of reverse sanctions, and fuel of all kinds becomes more more expensive, anyone know how many hoof miles you can get to a bale of hay ?

February 11, 2022 at 2:29 am in reply to: special ‘dynamic pricing’ electricity tariffs, Octopus Energy customers #176922I have a great name for the new tarif.
The Zombie
A Place In The Sun……..thats what we need,no gas, just solar panels for electricity, and a golf buggy to get around on.
And he can go and play with himself.

The new disability benefit’s payment rates would be: Lower – £83.70 per week; Middle – £152.15per week; Higher – £230.77 per week.
Would not put it past the DWP.
Just done a WeBuyAnyCar valuation of my car its £32,695 .

Ford Kuga
2021 (21 reg)2.0 Ecoblue 190 St-Line X Edition 5Dr Auto Awd
£39,499
£60 gone in today.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrreat news.
Expect the Kuga to get a freshen up sometime soon.
When are they going to go full electric.
Advance Payment where Motability actually give you some money to order one.
With all this despair that is going on i am glad i dont have to begin looking for a replacement for another two years, hopefully everything will have settled down by then and car production will be back to normal levels.
Everyone that is waiting has my sympathy.
My Ford Kuga ST-Line X Edition came with very nice red trimmed mats,i thought too nice to get them dirty,so i bought some genuine Ford rubber ones for my model, best thing for keeping muck and water out of the footwells.
The genuine supplied carpet mats can stay out of the car until the car goes back at the end of lease.
