their Sister company Citroën took the wireless charger amongst other things off the C4 Shine Plus and made it a £150 cost option.

I can’t fault the 1.2 EAT8 in my C4. Mind it is the 155 version. Would have been good in the C5 X but PSA had to discontinue it due to emissions hence why the C5 X never got it.

I’ve got a petrol Citroën C4 but I remember reading awhile back a DS3 Etense (same as the e208) customer was only getting 100 miles out of a full charge she got frustrated with it in the end as garage couldn’t seem to find the problem Motability let her change the car early, basically what they are offering you.
Thing is Motability won’t really care because used cars are going for strong money at the moment so they will do well out of it and when the new owner finds out the problem like your having it won’t be Motability problem by then either.
I would be annoyed if I was in your shoes though.

I remember about 9 years ago a woman I know she always drove for her dad she was only child so she did everything for her mam and dad. Anyway her dad sadly passed away so she rang Motability explained how the car was a lifeline for her mother too as she needed the car to take her mother to appointments and that and having to order another car would be awkward leaving them without a car so they arranged for her mothers DLA to pay for the lease until end of contract which was about 18 months left on her fathers lease. I was surprised they did it mind but I was glad for her and her mam that they did. Then obviously at the end of the lease took out a new car in her mothers name.

It’s like Citroen for years they did the C3 Picasso 1.6eHDi 90 EGS6 in Europe but we only got the 1.6 VTi 120 EGS6 Petrol.
same as the first C3 Aircross they had the 1.6BlueHDi 120 EAT6 but not here in the UK.

When did they start giving money back as I extended my 2014 C3 Picasso in 2017 for 2 years to 2019 and I never got anything back each week.

Thought I’d share this pic I took a few months ago a ë-C4 with wheelchair storage box. Only thing I thought looks a bit ugly is the electric cable going down the side of the windscreen on the drivers side but I suppose it was either that are drilling holes on the body work.

Out of my 150 plus Citroën/DS models this one is my favourite as it was my very first one and also my late brother bought it for me. I remember the exact date going to pick it up from my Citroën Dealer Thomas & Davies Merthyr Tydfil 21st January 2003. They ordered it in from France for me.

I had a great buy recently a 1/18 Citroen C5 Aircross the most detailed model ever. Seats move and fold, opening doors and sunroof, the boot floor comes out even the mirrors fold in. Manually of course lol

I don’t know how accurate this information is so anyone who has one on order may want to check with their dealer but it’s been said on the C4 pages that some Shine Plus cars have come without wireless phone charging due to the chip situation and no heated seats.
someone said they were getting a sunroof instead due to the heated seats being missing whether Citroën will do that for everyone I don’t know.
I know the C3 Aircross Shine Plus models been arriving without front and rear parking sensors.

The service manager took me out on one recently as never been in a electric car before I was well impressed. I don’t regret getting the 1.2 155 EAT8 as where I live in South Wales we aren’t set up for electric yet and also I haven’t a drive way so the time being I am happy with my Petrol one but if you can have a electric one I highly recommend it.

My Citroën dealer was telling me Kwik Fit usually the hot topic of conversation when on Motability training days amongst dealers how many customers are dissatisfied.
I can’t fault the mobile fitters that come here but the company themselves are a joke. Took a week to get a tyre for my sisters C4 where a independent tyre fitter could have gotten one in 24 hours.
