Nice to see this niche car back on the scheme, however..! How come the UK only gets pure petrol in manual form? Had a quick look on Kia in Spain and sure enough, the same engine with auto; a faster one with auto and to the sound of swooning environmentalists a D-I-E-S-E-L in both manual and auto.

Probably because they assume nobody would buy them, though my impression was that ‘even’ normies are enjoying autos these days. Certainly if they aren’t selling then nobody will be buyin’ 🙂

It’s like Citroen for years they did the C3 Picasso 1.6eHDi 90 EGS6 in Europe but we only got the 1.6 VTi 120 EGS6 Petrol.

same as the first C3 Aircross they had the 1.6BlueHDi 120 EAT6 but not here in the UK.
