Ordered the coupe sportline X in mid December. Zero updates. Left two messages for the dealer. Was hoping after 2.5 months, I’d have a build date and rough idea of delivery!
wow that’s very poor customer service then. I’ve ordered mine coupe on 29/1 and got an email on 12/2 with build date and edd.
They put cable behind the fence and used clippers to attach it to the fance inside of the garden.

I had my non standard installation today ( 4 weeks after ordering car) which was queued for £280. I have 25m from energy meter and I needed a post for charger. That’s how they did it.
Distance to parking space 20m additional work 20m trench, 15m extra cable & a post to house charger total £2500 AFTER motability support. I’m shocked anyone any advice as looks like we have to return car as can’t afford
I have 25m from my box meter. Around 10m needs a ground works and I also need a post for a charger. Been quoted £285. I will get my installation on Monday.
I am shocked with the price you get.
There is 2x Coupe 85x Sportline Plus on Skoda’s available cars. States what dealerships they are at. Possible to ring the dealership and see if they are willing to allocate the car to a Motability customer if you are ready to do a deal immediately…. Worth a punt…
i was considering this but I decided to wait for mine as I want 24 plate not 23 and when I looked on some estate even tho it says 85 the spec wasn’t updated as it should be in new 85 (such as electric seats etc which are now as standard)
Are coupes being built quicker? I ordered an 85 Edition estate with loft interior on the 25th November and still no build date.
Yes they are. This was one of the reasons we took coupe. Salesman said it’s roughly 20weeks for coupe and 28 for estate.
Took Ohme contractor about a week to contact us, installation date 6 weeks from the day we ordered.
6 weeks freon car order ? And how long from contractors first contact ? Sorry for those questions just try to work out how long it will take. I am also waiting for quote from them first as my installation will be not standard one.
Big day tomorrow! I’ve got my OHME Home Pro being installed first thing. So far, the process has been faultless and smooth. OHME & their contractor Ascent Energy Services Ltd have kept me informed at every step, I’ve even had a text reminder from both this evening. I’ll update post the installation.
can I ask how long have you wait until you’ve heard from the contractor? I got a text message from Ohme on Friday saying my details were sent to their contractor MAG electrical services ltd (anyone had them?) and I’m wondering how long will take them to contact me ?
So update on my enyaq coupe eco suite. ordered 29/1 – today I got an update and build week is week 16. Which is 15th April. So I should get a car between Mid May or end of May.
Did the dealer give you the build week or is it online somewhere?

I’ve ordered coupe just because it was around 20 weeks (mid June) instead of 28weeks for regular enyaq which would be end of August. However on my contract delivery date for now is 15/4. I do not expect they will make it. But will see 🙂
On my copy of the order it says estimated delivery 26th May 2024. The dealer said he’d let me know more information as soon as its available.
if you got a build week date than more likely you will get it on time or even before 😉
I just wondering why my dealer was so “optimistic” and estimated delivery date is 14 April ? might be because it’s not a sportline ?? I don’t like wait and do nothing ? I guess this will give me patience lesson.

Can I ask what date you’ve been given when ordered car ? Will they manage to achieve this date or you will gate it later?
@bogzaf I think (poor memory!) I got a call a few days after saying they couldn’t install as my cable would be running over “public access”. It took a few emails to show them I was going to be using the KerboCharge gully and it was all perfectly legal. I’ll try and search on here for the post I put up and let you know ? So, had a quick search and after sending off the survey I think it took about 6 weeks to get it sorted and approved. But, that was because of having to get the KerboCharge accepted by them, even though they’d already done installations for other customers using it. They were very quick this morning when I asked them to reset the charger to the correct max load current so I’ll give them that one ?

my husband sent them everything today. We’ll see when they will respond. As I mentioned I have my driveway behind my home and garden. And electric meter is in front so around 25m cable needed plus some post or something to instal charger on it as I have only fence next to the driveway. I’ve asked them how much I will have to pay extra as this is not a standard. Will see when they will respond
I’ve emailed Ohme and put a photo of the fuse in, the carrier says 100A ? @kezo Well that was fast, under an hour!, load limit now set to 80A ? Probably be next week when I charge again so we’ll see what happens ?
@phaedra can I how long it took ohme to contact you back after you submitted all requested information via their survey??

My installation will be a complex one as there is around 25m from my fuse/electric meter box and I don’t have a wall just a fence. ?I ordered 13th Oct and was told delivery Feb/March. Got build week 49 and picked it up last week. I believe factory had a 2 or 3 week closure over xmas period .
did you ordered enyaq or enyaq coupe ? I was given exact date and I am a bit confused tbh. I would love to have it mid April but don’t think so ?
can I also ask how long after order you get exact build week ? My salesman said he will update me after 2 weeks ( so 12/2) if my order has been accepted and if build weeks been given
I ordered 14th October, spirtlibe with extras, was given a build date if week 02/24

Can I ask those who ordered enyaq recently – how long have you wait for a build week ? Or has anyone recently ordered enyaq coupe and got build week already? And for those who already have their car – what was your estimated delivery date when you order your car and what was actually date you collected it?
sorry for so many questions ?Does anyone know why the Enyak and VW group equivalents use drum brakes on the rear? Just had a quick look at one and one of the first things I noticed. Same with the Q4 E-Tron. It can’t really be for regen purposes, as they suggest, as no other manufacturers EV’s Ive seen use them.

Yeah I wasn’t impressed with Wings in Kings Lynn. For the record Group1 in Norwich we’re superb not only did they immediately give me an Enyaq for a whole day but they were actually interested even after I told them it was a Motability order. On top of that I ordered on 30th Dec, obviously price dropped on the first before I could ask I got a phone call to tell me he’d amended the order so that’s £400 in your (my) back pocket. Honestly really nice dealership, friendly, helpful I was immediately offered drinks and biscuits whilst waiting to order my car as salesman was running late with previous appointment
that’s an impressive customer service. Our salesman was great. But he was still trainee. So he asked about everything his manager and come back with that sort of answers ;(
Ok. Ive ordered my Enyaq coupe
it was hard decision! I could not sleep today as I could not decide which enyaq should I choose ! I tested both estate and coupe. One in sportline other in lounge. And I must say sportline seats were not comfortable for myself. So I went with ecosuite. Estimated delivery today was 15/04 but this might change both ways. Will see 
not sure about other dealers but I had to pay £500 deposit today which it took me by surprise as I’m I thought I will pay AP on the day when I will collect the car.We had a look at a Sportline in the local showroom yesterday, and we also found the seats not comfortable, they were just too hard. We mentioned this to the salesman and he found us an 85 Edition to sit in instead. The seats in that did feel better, but I had a vague idea I’d read somewhere that they are the same, and only the covering is different? (Neither were as comfortable as our Volvo, but we’re yet to sit in a car that is!).
seats on sportline are sport meaning have different shape. And that’s (for me) make a huge difference

I’m new in scheme. Been awarded high rate for a first time as my condition went worse. My dealer said they can’t do anything if AP will go lower as they once asked notability and been told that they have sick with the price which was on time when ordering.You live and learn! Don’t let it distract from what is otherwise a decent car ? There’s a great bunch on here, thats always happy to help with any questions or anyhing your unsure of in the future!
thank you ! I am more than sure will have still lots of questions. Now probably about EV charger. Car was ordered today midday so hopefully someone will contact this week? Do you know if it is possible to have someone form motability/ Ohme to do the survey as I am not fit enough to do all they want especially measure all distance.
