Metallic no, more expensive fancy ones generally yes (usually the difference in price). For a while you couldn’t get solid colours, it’s a resale value thing. Think that’s changed now though

Obviously this is personal preference (and their infrastructure urinates on anything else electric) but for me, no. Takes all the fun out of driving.
"Come on BYD Seal!"If it adds to the conversation I’ve had the same experience with a Toyota dealer (2020) and a Lexus dealer (2022). BMW (2010/2012) were always happy to let me loose with the options list, as were Volkswagen (2015).

"Come on BYD Seal!"But where are all the automatics, most if not all are manual. As a organisation set up for the disabled, I would presume that if the driver is disabled they would need/prefer an automatic. Yet the lack of such vehicles is of an organisation that is not doing what it should be.

Same day that I ordered mine! But cancelled in October this year, I am not confident that VW have their shit together anymore.

That was my concern in the end. Even after the 13 month delay, the infrastructure just isn’t improving. I’m sure it might be, for some, but for me .. sadly not yet.
