I’m currently doing a 240 mile round trip twice a week and only charge at home on IOG at 7p Kwh. Mainly A roads at 60mph and Motorway at 70mph, I use ACC and all the safety systems, all of the time! I’ve never felt the need to public charge as yet. I’m probably getting 270 miles at 80% charge so pretty good in this cold weather. I use the heated seats & stearing wheel ALL of the time with AC at 21deg. I’m well satisfied with the Enyaqs Electric performance and wouldn’t go back to an ICE.
I do have a Heat pump & pre condition before my journeys!
I just love the car & recommend it as a future car to anyone considering going EV. I have the 85X Coupe Sportline Plus with 21″ alloys on Perelli Scorpion tyres.

I think one is the 1.6 Petrol version and the other the 1.6 Diesel version!

I’ve had my 85x Coupe 4 months now, done nearly 3000 miles and no issues. It’s the best car I’ve ever driven, ever owned (or leased) and the most economical by far!
I’m extremely satisfied at the moment!

Sport or traction mode enables 4wd. I’ve used it some non icy slippery roads and the thing sticks to manky slippery c roads really well be very interesting how ice and snow does.
Sport mode gives you constant 4 wheel drive with a 60/40 bias on the back wheels. It drives in that mode at all speeds. I drive in that mode all the time as I find it gives more regen and I get better range, normally 3.8 to 4 Kwh.
I believe that traction mode gives 4 wheel drive but gives traction to the wheels that need it most to balance the traction. It reverts to normal mode automatically above 25/30 mph but will go back into traction mode if the speed drops again, useful in snow or mud!

I’m averaging 3.1 to 3.6 on short runs and 3.6 to 4.1 Kwh on longer runs. I’ve got a heatpump and it’s a 85x Coupe.
I must admit, I drive in Sport mode most of the time & the Regen from both motors is really noticeable. I’d say that driving in constant AWD is more economical because of the regen.
It’s an amazing car & I’m loving it!

I have the Skoda Enyaq with the green stripe on the number plate.
I regularly travel down the bus only lanes which are now open to ULEZ approved vehicles, so my zero emission car comes under that category!
It’s great to drive past all the queueing cars to get to my destination it can save as much as 25 minutes some days!
If you’re in a city or large town then just look out for the Low Emmission lanes, they’re great!
Also, some areas only allow access to ULEZ compliant vehicles so for us disabled people it’s a bonus!

Loving my Coupe!
I drive mainly in Sport mode which is constant AWD and getting 3.8 to 4.1 kwh using ACC and travel assist, like you say, it’s effortless!
No issues so far!
Had a Zappi charger fitted the other day by Octopus, they were great! A really neat install & they set Intelligent Go up for me & configured the Zappi App. All I have to do now is plug in & charge, all for 7p kwh!
The power & torque is amazing, takes your breath away!
Well worth the 9 month wait!

My 1st couple of days I’ve been getting 4.1kwh mainly driving in Sport mode which is constant 4 wheel drive and using a mixture if D & B mode. So far, I haven’t encountered any problems and the car is so easy to drive, it’s effortless!
The only thing I have done is turned the PIN access off on the infotainment system. I know it’s a security feature but it got on my nerves having to enter a PIN every time I got in the car!
Had my 1st charge today, used my granny charger to add 12% on 8amp trickle charge, I found it quite simple to do and it will do until I get my other charger fitted!
Great car, NO regrets!

I’m only a day in of ownership of an 85x Coupe & I love it! Today I did a 120 mile journey & only used the pedals a couple of times. With ACC on & speed sign recognition enabled the car almost drove itself! Even at roundabouts the car slowed down & if it was clear then I just let the car control the speed & just guided it around the bends!
It’s an amazing car & for me worth the 9 month wait! You’ll love it!

Should I have a Jack n wheel brace in there somewhere?
I’ve found a bag with a tow hook & locking wheel nut but can’t find a jack, or brace or foam canister if that’s what they use!
Or will they be run flats & I don’t need a jack n brace?

I picked up my Enyaq Coupe earlier today. All went smoothly at the handover and I was given plenty of time to view & examine the car, on my own, before committing to the agreement. All the functions were explained to me clearly & the Skoda App was set up too.
I didn’t have to pay for the AP or extras until the last minute, just before I entered my PIN.
The car drives like a dream, so quiet yet so powerful! I’m going to have some fun with this car!
All in all, a pleasant & relaxed experience, a credit to the sales guy Craig & Rainworth Skoda!

That’s a strange coincidence that yours has turned up WITHOUT the advance pack, Just like mine!
Has something been going on at the factory, shortage of parts or something or have Motability customers been sidelined in favour of retail customers!
I’ve accepted the car, saved 2K, got £500 compensation & a free Ceramic treatment for the disappointment & failure to fulfil the order!

It states on my order that there is a £30 first charge fee. It was also mentioned the other day when I spoke with my contact at the dealership, the outstanding balance plus charging fee to pay!

I was due to pick up my new 85x Coupe tomorrow (Wed 11th Sept) but I have had to cancel it as I’ve contracted Covid19 and not feeling good! Also, didn’t want to walk in the showroom & spread it around!
So, it’s all on hold for a few days until I’m feeling well again and testing Negative!

We’ve all been there!
I’ve just spent £1.5k at the local Mercedes garage and it’s back in today with another problem which has only occurred since they serviced it & did a few repairs last week, which they deny is anything to do with them, so another bill coming!
And my new Motability car is ready any day!
The delay in supplying the car has cost me thousands!

Good news!
A deal has been agreed. £500 off the cost of the extras plus a FREE Autoglym Lifeshine Ceramic treatment inside & out as compensation for the error & upset. Bearing in mind they reduced the AP by £600 when it dropped. So all in all, a happy bunny!
Plus I’m not forking out the £2K now for the advance pack now!
