      Thanks everyone for responses.

I do have access to a salary sacrifice scheme so I’m going to have a quick look at it.

Although, I’m still not sure it’ll be better for me versus motability in its current form. I’m looking at a Skoda enyaq (£5k AP one).

Need to do the maths but I’d imagine it’ll still be better to stay on scheme for one more term, purely because I can order now, in this quarter.

Do you think the Tucsons listed this quarter are MY25 or MY26?

Yea – 6th November is my date.

Had totally lined up the Enyaq in my head but the price has gone mad and for a lesser model.

May just put an order in for something that I wouldn’t be totally disappointed with (eyeing up the Tucson N-Line PHEV) and see if Q1 brings anything better than current.

I was going to opt for a EV but wanted decent mileage, as a minimum I’ll want a PHEV as the Mrs has an electric car so already got home charging set up.

            Thanks Rene.

Such a disappointing Q4 pricelist has left me flapping!

In years gone by, the photos aren’t always anything to go by.

There is a PHEV on the new Sportage, just not yet on road, but can be ordered from a retail point of view.

I’m praying these are added to scheme. I can order in November – want to get my hands on one

I do hope these join the scheme. First clue I’ve got is a link to what looks like a holding page at a dealership in Kent…

They shouldn’t be able to decline the use of a credit card in my opinion

When did you order yours? I ordered mine in march 2022 and still don’t have a build date. Terrible customer service from Kia where I live

the sportage didn’t appear until April didn’t it?

I ordered the HEV GT Line S on the 1st April at about 10.05 in the morning as soon as dealer opened (he didn’t even know it had been added that day)

I’m still none the wiser as to when mine will be delivered, latest info from dealer is ‘no known build week date’

                        Its becoming very frustrating

Congrats! Ordered exactly the same car on 1st April as soon as the dealer opened and not had an ounce of info yet

The attached was posted on the KiaOwners message boards a while ago for anyone interested or being given unreasonable dates.

It looks to me like the only standard colour on the Sportage is red, everything else is either a £650 or £800 supplement. Does anyone know if this applies to Motability orders? I know we usually get metallic paint included, but Kia don’t seem to describe paint as a solid/metallic.

I ordered £650 colour and nothing was said

Did any of you nice people who have ordered / see or driven the Kia Sportage remember what type of accelerator pedal is fitted, Suspended or Organ/Bellows type? Cheers

It’s the type that you push downward rather than a hanging one (at least it is in the GT Line S)
