Kwik fit will check the tracking and replace the tyre. Give them a call.

I find Kwik-fit and Motability are inconsistent. My last car had run flats and they were really keen not to change them and made me get down to 2mm before they would agree to change it. Kwit-fit just said it was out of there hands and Motability would not sanction it. It also took over an hour for motability to respond.
On my current car I had a slow puncture on NSF and after they did the tyre check Kwik-fit changed the front pair at 3mm and the rear pair at 4mm all approved by Motability in less than 5 minutes.
The manager at the local Kwik-fit told me they can do MOT/Servicing on any car on the Motability fleet which may be an alternative for some. To be honest my local main dealer is not too clever and I am tempted.

@c2clo Hi, could you advise on your wheelchair, and its weight, we are in the same position, where its for my wife, who is a non driver, and seating is extremely important for her. We looked at the Tarraco, but initial guidance was that it wouldn’t take the weight of our pride fusion (about 120kg I think, though possibly more) I would love to add it back to the list ?
@Gary
Wheelchair is an Ottobock B400 at 95kg. I think our Mobility Adapter said 120kg was the max for an AutoChair LP Hoist in the Tarraco, but to be honest I was so delighted that we could get the chair in. We are getting a 100kg hoist fitted. The clearance height wise is just 4mm!

@c2clo sounds like you are in much the same position as us, can I ask what your shortlist is? Cheers
@Gary
The car is for my wife who is a none driver. Seating is the top priority for us due to my wife’s disability. Our personal shortlist
Seat Tarraco – the eventual winner, some compromises mainly in the engine department. Drives well enough but not a patch on our XC60.
Peugeot 5008 – very close second place but rejected due to poor adjustment on passenger seat backrest. Drives very well better than the Tarraco
BMW X2 – it would have worked, but just too many compromises in terms of space. Worst drive of the three, but still pretty good
Hope that helps. We had a lot of help from our Mobility Adapter who spent some time working out what we needed in terms of size and space. If I can be of any more help let me know.

Congratulations. We looked at the 5008 and would have ordered one but the lack of adjustment on the passenger seat didn’t work for my wife. Brilliant drive, lots of toys, I’m sure you will be very happy with it.

@72dudes absolutely agree about the Volvo.

@mitch Totally agree mpg is not the be all and end all, but it certainly helps! My XC60 190 TDI has returned 43.8mpg over 73k miles and 5 years on a mixture of 70% short runs and 30% motorways . On motorways I can get up to 45mpg if I keep my right foot light. Admittedly it is so much fun to use sport mode and kick down which definitely doesn’t help and I don’t use it a lot due to my other half’s medical issues. I am about to move to 190bhp TSi AWD and am not looking forward to the increased running costs.
The problem for me is finding a car that works, there are so few of them. I need to carry a 95kg power chair and there are precious few cars/SUV’s that have that capability. The XC40 is too small and incapable of anchoring the hoist. The XC60 on the other hand takes the power chair with exactly 4mm to spare. As a car I love it, comfortable, lovely driving position, excellent all round visibility, I only wish it was still on the list as I would be having another. A WAV is the only other possibility but neither of us want to go there just yet.
