I just checked where our X1 is and it’s inside the workshop of Marshalls BMW Bournemouth where it should be, having its first service today (at 18 months and 15,000 miles).
Is that a tracker that you have had fitted or is it something that comes as standard with new BMW’s
Bradford JCT VW are horrible – the worst I’ve come across – that’s why I go 70 miles to East to good old Roger in Hull!

I went in there 2 weeks ago, unhelpful, showed no interest whatsoever.
I only wanted to ask about delivery times and sit in a Tiguan.

The garage will refund any deposit, they will have no trouble selling that car. Like I said, my lease is up, ready to sign, let me know
No have not got the renewal letter yet, must be happy doing an advanced order but will find out tomorrow.

9am Thursday Morning Update
I spoke with all Marshalls BMW Motability specialists at each of their branches.
The offer has ended. They put the offer on as they were down on sales for the current quarter. Within hours, they had reached the number of units they needed to achieve for this quarter and the offer was withdrawn by Tuesday morning.
Let’s hope those travelling to a dealership today, have a car placed on hold. We don’t want any wasted trips.
I missed the boat again.
I was told I had to have the renewal letter, proof of award and driving license for all drivers. I had arranged to go over in the morning same as you. My lease is already up and I have a max 12 month lease extension, so can take delivery as soon as they had a car available.
It’s about a 3 hour drive for me as well, as I said, they told me this evening that the offer with £0 AP was no longer available, but if I still wanted to go over, the AP would be £2249, but I would receive £500 cash back.
I’ll leave you to guess how the conversation ended!!!!!!!!
If it’s a stock car, how can it have a March production date.
I am only repeating what I was told, I spoke with Marshalls Scunthorpe on Monday, they said it was zero deposit on any car, as long as registered before end of March.
I arranged to go over in the morning, Thursday. Today I sent an email to the motability advisor I was dealing with, asking what was happening with all the conflicting info.
He said the offer had been withdrawn, group wide and that was at 6pm this evening, the offer now was £500 cash ack on all BMW’s. I look forward to any updates from those of you that are phoning in the morning.
