Under normal circumstances….. but with rules being altered etc, it’s likely they will let it rolll for the short term. Worth a phone call?

Not sure if it applies to all banks, but Lloyds allow you to pay checks in online if you have online banking.

          Hi Elly

I think th eonly VW that is on tyhe scheme that is made in Mexico is the Tiguan Allspace. The 5 seat Tiguan is made in Wolfburg Germany, which as of last Friday was still in production and they said they will be closing soon but they had no definite closure date (like I say ….on Friday when I called them).

They also said that the advised 14-16 week delivery date is now 20-22 weeks not including any further delays that may occure relating to suppiers problems.

          Hope that helps.

Yeah I hear you….. I had this out with several dealerships. They also make a big deal out of offering ‘businesses’ 48hr+ test drives……. to which I said: “the vehicle is being purchased by Motability, the biggest lease company in Europe, does that not qualify”?. Apparently it doesn’t and with Motability not wanting to get involved I just crossed them off my list. I have to say Volvo was great, they delivered and collected an XC40 for a 48hr test drive. Peugeot gave me 72hrs on a 3008 and I have to say, is a really nice car and if I could raise the extra AP it would probably be the one.

                      Hi Brydo,

Do you know why Motability haven’t put the ‘First Edition’ onto the scheme yet?. I was hoping to try and get one as it has ‘park assist’ which is perfect for my neck problem and BLIS as a safety feature I think should be standard.  Seems a bit odd as the prices on the list are only valid til the end of March.?

I see Brydo was in a dealership with a Kuga in?….. does anyone know where there is a dealership that has one?… I am in Lancashire but willing to travel to see one. I spoke to Ford online and asked how they have managed to sell them without the dealerships having them and was told that they have been buying them ‘off spec’ without even seeing them…. and apparently that is “Normal”!??
