Saw on MB website Enyaq Sportline+ Estate £1599 (-£500) Ioniq 5 Namsan RWD £3499 (-£2500) managed to search these 2 but now the site is going crazy!

Omg I’m supposed to pick up my Namsan next week. Will I still have to pay £5,999 or can I get the new £3499 price? That’s a huge difference.

        The wait is killing me.

Are we likely to see the all/majority of cars listed tomorrow or do some manufacturers update their cars a few days later?

Are electric seats standard or an option on the id 4 style? Or are they only available as part of a’package’

Part of a £1,400 package unfortunately. But the price of the iD4 is rumoured to go down significantly tomorrow.

My guess is, they will recline enough for you to have a cat nap but not in a true flat horizontal position.

Tbh, if it reclines enough to hit the back of the seat that’s good enough for me.

@Threepwood have you tried asking on a dedicated VW forum such as https://uk.vwownersclub.com/forums/

That’s a good idea, I posted on a iD4 forum and subreddit and some people replied. Turns out that I think it does recline how I wanted, so that’s good news.

The Ioniq Ultimate seat lies ridiculously flat. Matt Watson also comments on this on the Carwow revue of 2 years ago. You should try it out at the dealers.

Not only are the Ultimate seats very comfortable to sit on but they are flat when reclined. The Ioniq 5 has support for the lower legs as well. It’s definitely worth having a look at the 5 with the tech pack and seeing if the seats suit, the boot is a little smaller but it’s still a decent size.

            Oh that’s great! It’s a lovely car.

I just wish it had a sunroof option, only the top with does and we aren’t likely to get that on motability since it’s 55k

My electric ID3 seats go right back as you suggest, if the weather allows I’ll take a photo later.

Thank you very much that would be very helpful. I imagine they would use the same seats

Im considering the BMW iX1 but I am not 100% set on it yet, I am worried that on the 1st of January they will remove it or at least remove the M Sport

If I order it next week (If the dealership is even open) and there is a better car available on January 1st can I cancel the iX1? I get that cancelling right before pickup can be a problem but If it was JUST ordered, it shouldnt be too much of an issue for anyone right?

Also, does anyone know if I can add addons after ordering? or does it have to be done with the initial order?

Oh Jesus thats awful, his insurance is going to be so high.

The rear end incident was a hit and run, we were never able to exchange details with the driver at fault.

Before we paid for the insurance claim and finalised the bodywork repair (small 1cm dent) the car was stolen, so it never went any further and we never heard from the insurance company again.

All the insurance information for the stolen car claim was with myself, the Motability customer and Policy holder (or so we assume) so we thought it would not affect him as a named driver
