my current car needs to go in for repair as it has grease leak in the inner cv joint, vw want the car for 2 days and no hire car available, so motability have kindly set me up a taxi account, so how do I book a taxi through this portal.

Motability gave me an account to use and a login thing for a taxi portal, soooo confused of how I book a taxi through this portal thing, maybe the dealer has seen this before and can assist me lol ?
