This is the place for reasoned comment or questions about Brexit …. Posts must stay respectful at all times even when we believe that other posters are wrong.

The election could prove timely boost for festive shopping? Its going to be an interesting campaign. Who is likely to do best? I have an inkling the result will have some surprises. Perhaps the SNP will not do as well as forecast and the anti Libs too? I think and am going to predict 4 things:- Labour will win at least 1 seat, Tories too, SNP too and Libs too.Anyone care to disagree? If we have a GE will we have a dedicated thread?

October 29, 2019 at 6:02 pm #94277Yet more jiggery pokery in the HOC, some MP’s simply cannot help themselves! Votes galore and maybe more? The 9th or 12th? High excitement. An evening coffee was just the ticket. Once again, drama unfolds before our eyes. I hear that Juncker is now reading this thread, maybe I heard wrong. A crazy November and December lie ahead.

callmejohnWigwam, I don’t know where you buy your Glen Kieth, but Morrisons usually have it for £20 instead of the £30 in other supermarkets. Although that is up here, where we get ripped off for our national drink, thanks to the SNP Government saving us from the evils of Alcohol.
October 31, 2019 at 10:33 pm #94595Thanks for the tip, John. Bought the last lot in Tesco for £20 too.

November 28, 2019 at 6:50 pm #97986Had a Labour election leaflet delivered today. Doesn’t mention Corbyn or Brexit. How strange. It’s almost as if they are embarrassed by their so-called leader and his inability to commit himself to anything.
November 30, 2019 at 1:29 pm #98141Brexit debate likely to resurface this week along with anti sematism.
