It is in the scheme but it is in small type at the bottom of the page without a picture, you can search Google with the Motability ID. 672596. Obviously something wrong with website.
As I said previously I do not want to get in to an argument or spend the rest of my life posting replies. Simply call the purchase team at motability operations on 0300 0379899 and ask them. They may be some misunderstanding with regard to purchasing your car before the end of lease such as when you are half way through the lease or the person on the phone was not from the purchasing team and was misinformed.
Once you have called them Dave would you mind putting your findings down in this topic page..

I was told this morning that they still allow you to purchase your car at the end of the lease and that they do not advertise this on there web site as they would rather your lease a new car.
I am not going to get in to an argument but any one reading this topic who may be thinking of purchasing there lease car please phone the motability operations purchase team directly on 0300 0379899.
I have checked with the correct purchase department at Motability this morning and I was told that you can still purchase your lease car at the end of the contract. I am personally waited to get my price so was horrified to read this incorrect information on the website this morning.
I think that this topic should be removed as it is not true.
toshibadog01, As I’m test driving one tomorrow could you give us your thoughts on your ownership with details of mpg and what you like and dislike? No option to add Beats audio so is the standard stereo any good ? Did you add any other options and is it 2wd or 4wd ? What colour ? Thanks
Please tell me which dealer you had your last VW from and I will contact them and ask if they still can offer a discount, I am willing to travel quite far to collect a new car if it saves money. None of the five VW dealers I contracted today would give a discount off optional extras or the upfront payment. I know that you can get discounts as I did with my last Volvo a few years ago but really struggling to find a VW dealer to offer any discount now.
Richardw did you manage to find a dealer that offering a discount or is £625 a typeo for 19” wheels as I thought they were £725? I have spent all day emailing and ringing but so far not got a discount on either the up front payment or any optional extras. I’m running out of dealers as contacted five so far. If any one knows a VW dealer offering discounts please let us know.
