The dealer should not ask for any payment prior to you inspecting the car and if it is OK then you sign with your pin.

It is at this point you pay the AP.

If you pay prior to this it is counted as a deposit and you are legally bound to accept the car

Ask yourself next time if my family was in the road and I killed them how could I live, please remember there is nothing worth speeding.

Life is too short, I was hit by a driver speeding, lucky I was in a bigger car than the other driver and lived but my car was severely damaged.

Safer driving could save your life,

Hi, never had this happen, the golden rule on delivery is to photograph inside and outside including the dashboard meters on return and get a receipt for fuel.

I am always at a loss to comprehend why people using the motability scheme complain about costs and so-called profits.

JUST take the whole costs of providing and running the service then if you are not happy then Don’t use it, logic
