The car to drive is great and good mix of touch screens and physical buttons but
been plagued with 12v issues, other electric issues and a recall on the main battery with risk of fire.
the recall does not fix anything just limits the amount of battery that can be used. This lowers the mileage you get on a full charge. I do not believe there has been a single fire and it’s just covering what may happen but the drop in mileage would make me walk away.
even with the charging problems seen on the Kia ev6 so glad I went for it over the ipace600 miles in mine and absolutely love it . Nice and relaxing in eco and dangerous in sport ( in a good way)
was not impressed with the ceramic coating from my dealer. They left glue from stickers all over the car. Going to get it professionally done in a few weeks. Hope they can clean up the dealers mess.

Unfortunately it’s just a monthly subscription paid for by motability. This gives you discounts off bp pulse chargers . You still have to pay for the charge but can get good discounts or just a few pence off depending on the speed of charger it seems.
The pulse network is rubbish in my area and get a discount off IONITY chargers from Kia so using that til I move and get home charger sorted.Having had half a day to mess around with ev6 I can definitely say
1 gt is not needed 321hp with awd is as fast as you will ever need on the road.
2 sound system is definitely good enough. Bland on radio but great with streaming .3 the drive,ride,comfort and the peace is just top notch .
4 cabin is one of the nicest places I have sat in for a long time.
Pick mine up tomorrow and cannot wait . Spent months looking at all ev’s and this still stands out . A few bells are missing from the s but the awd is an amazing drive. The floor is high and the roof low but actually very easy to get in and out.
sound system was ok but think I would add power boot and cooling seats . Maybe the 360 camera’s for it to be perfect.I think ev’s have become very good cars. I have ordered one for the overall package of driving experience, comfort and home charging convenience. Will let others debate if green or not. We all need transportation so go for what suits you.
