Where do I find the status of the order? Motobility website is vague

Hello people

After placing an order (bmw ix1) how long doest it take to receive the confirmation?

Will I get a get confirmation letter indicating the add ons and final AP I have to pay?

Motobility account page is showing the standard ap minus the £750 new car payment even though I’ve added some extras.

Hello people. I was going to order the i4 but as it’s been taken off will got for the ix1 instead.

My questions..

Can dealerships offer free upgrades such as larger alloys?

If I pick an “individual” bmw paint would that be an extra charge?

i hope so.. if there is some concrete info the 14 will be back i may put off ordering an alternative

so even though the i4 has been lifted off the motobility website a dealership could still theoretically take my order with all the perks motobility offer i.e free insurance, service, breakdown cover, and as its electric a home wall charger?

gutted its no longer available. i was very close to ordering it. any idea if the face lifted model will appear in the summer?

also I’ve contacted a dealer who said they’ll take the order but will motobility accept the order if the car is not listed on the website?
