I have in all my years on this planet seen a Government as bad as this They are incompetent, corrupt bend the laws to suit themselves the amount of lies that comes of Starmers mouth is unbelievable he will do anything to stay in power.

Did you say that when Johnson and his cronies  and their mates were creaming billions off us all over Covid? I hate Starmer and his pretend Labour but nothing is more corrupt than the last lot!

@kdwolf How do you know that everyone who comments on a GB News website is a Reform UK voter? Besides, even if they were, they won’t be the people running the country and making the decisions that affect us – that will be the MPs like Lee Anderson. You can ignore it if you like, but he doesn’t agree with any disabled people getting Motability cars. He thinks that invalid carriages should make a come back and be given to those with serious physical disabilities. That told me all I needed to know about the lack of intellect of those in Reform UK who are hoping to lead us and make the decisions after the next election, which is a shame as I agree with some of their other policies.

They have policies apart from Immigration? I’d love to hear this…

Cannot comment on Labour or the Tories, but what shred of evidence you have about Reform, hating disabled people? As a paying member of Reform I never ever met such a hostility. An opposite is true. The fact we have issues with Motability is that too many people, young people, are claiming now mental health related benefits. It is unsustainable and personally I would send them first to volunteer at Blesma for a period of at least 6 months. Just to face some reality.

There’s plenty of evidence that Reform is hateful, full stop. However as you are so keen on shreds of evidence, let me ask you: what evidence can you quote to prove ‘too many’ young people are claiming mental health benefits- or is it another reform tactic of generalised, sweeping statements that create anger and hostility towards a particular group?

It’s precisely this type of stereotyping that has now damaged Motability and our choice and experience.

          Classic Reform, I’d say.

They have been spineless for sometine, not having the backs of scheme users however, I ‘m struggling to ubnderstand why Alfa has been removed given it is not a premium brand!

Totally spineless and disingenuous to suggest it is based on some logical strategy. They should have fought back with hard facts and logical argument about customer choice but instead licked up the spit of deformer, daily mailers and other assorted angry white men.

What is far right in people wanting transparency? Too many people get benefits just for claiming they cannot work due their mental state. But they have enough mental state to go on the TV? The whole system must be reshuffled. If Liebour wanted, they could get out and provide a clear and concise message that Motability scheme offering very expensive car with unlimited AP would be better for the treasury’s coffin. But they’re spineless, led by pro-palestine, pro-trans pro-whatever-you-want but the needs of the majority of the British people.

He doth protest too much. Way to address absolutely nothing of what has been said and argue millions of miles past the actual topic. Here’s a hint. This isn’t about immigrants, nor jews, nor, in fact, eligibility. This is about “free luxury cars”, as peddled by and to ignorant morons. You know, the people complaining that disabled people drive BMWs. Disabilities of any kind. PS: no one mentioned “far right”. I said ignorant right-wingers, but the shoe quite clearly fits.

Clearly he is a far right nut job. To say that this government is pro Palestine is the biggest joke of the year. He must believe everything that Farage says. Remember folks that before the Nazis exterminated the Jews they practiced on the disabled both physically and mentally.

Pro=Palestine- he’s out of his mind!! Starmer couldn’t be more pro-isreely if he tried.

The removal of these so called luxury brands plus the coupe/convertibles does not come as a surprise and should keep the focus off the scheme for a while. I would imagine these changes will have put to bed the VAT argument too, at least in the short term. As it stands there is still a wide range of cars available, sufficient to satisfy everyone, almost everyone. The 50% British built is just an ambition.

Naive to say the least; their bloodlust will continue, mark my words. The next pricelist will be extremely different!

I’m very close to Simpsons in Preston and wouldn’t go back. Uninterested sales team, poor product knowledge. I have found Simpsons of Colne much more responsive. Same group, different approach.
