Thankyou pointing that out Markyate have emailed kia to add black roof, I missed that was option glad you mentioned it thankyou.
Black roof I understand is standard on GT LINE S model sunroof,?, its on model I chose anyway ,kia seemed interest in our military careers, very friendly polite honest. I found this car far bigger eay to drive easy get in and out, 6ft people can fit in rear,
Yes Markyate the model I chose has all bells whistles ,chose AWD am aware mpg effected slightly by AWD but have chosen that . Online there is lot comes up when kia sportage uk googled about X1 sportage choice cream or red seats etc ,but that’s usa model, keeps bringing up when sportage uk entered Google.
If any of you choose to deal with kia motability ,today I have found brillient easy experiance ,kia seem to be careimg & and appreciate the order from motability customer . I can’t praise Kieran. Ryan .& John manager kia emg enough.

Phil you are so correct , it was pandemic car ,I could not see or test drive the car ,was ripped of by paying for extra items I never got ,its true when I say mercedes informed me at time ,accept car or don’t we can sell it anyway, no adjustment for xtra items paid for but not recieved ,many other problems from them I won’t go into. I have spoken to motabilty they have accepted for me to change car, I have today test driven kia sportage gt line s hev petrol AWD done extensive research into this model, placed order has been accepted assured delivery june ,2025 model, order accepted ,above explained by kia motability the best honest polite reps I have ever dealt with . Am pleased thankyou ,good luck to you all with your cars .

Well that’s good ,but not all of us got that ,cla is different to b class of course.
I often used to enjoy takeing my car in for service ,it was done while waited ,looked at new cars on show ,couple cups coffee.
Not with mercedes , this dealership does not even have disabled access, why they collect return it. Mercedes are what they are ..
Yes interesting , I look forward to getting replacement car soon I hope . I often hear motability customers get different treatment to other customers, I did get that with volvo, and I’ve said enough about mercedes , I visited kia dealership recently looks, the motability there where ,so nice friendly .

Glad it’s been OK for you John David, my car in for serviceparked mile from dealership could be as they have building work going on so need temporary hanger space.
Strange.i can follow car on the app, its in for a service ,its not parked at mercedes dealership but on an industrial eastate ,are mercedes getting other service centres to do their service??. Its just strange .
My car has been collected for service the Mercedes man said he was so fed up working for such rubbish company , he said he hates them too . One odd thing MERCEDES CUSTOMER CARE UK, is in Holland, when ever you contact them,everytime everything its 1 month wait for reply ,then they say ask dealership, those that never answer phone. I will be gratefull to pass on this cla 180, thankyou motability bless you.
Mercedes cla 180 sb is totally unsuitable for disabled wheelchair user , I’m gratefull to of got car yes. But this car is mess.
I would advise any motability customer stay clear of mercedes, my car was pandemic issue I could not see it drive it , waited over 1 year ,my dealership sales rep was good ,but that’s the only thing I can say good about mercedes. I hopefully have an answer to this thanks to motability .
I agree I have mercedes cla 180 sb ,worst car I’ve had on motability , Mercedes company ,I can’t find words to explain how bad they are ,this car alarm goes off when open door ,hate it , today its supposed have service they said they would collect car early ,so up at 6am ,its now nearly 10 ,no car collected , I would never ever have mercedes car again , the company don’t care about customers .
No one answers phone .
Mercedes dealership no on . No on answers phone ,they emailed me to book service, I booked in in they said we will collect early ,I was up , no one collected car , so I just had to report to motability no service had been done , I hate the company .

Sportage It has got it all , with fantastic looks and drive KUA SPORTAGE 1.6 PETROL HEV 6 SPEED AUTO AWD RED VERY WELL SPECD . LOVE IT
NATIONWIDE give aprox drlivery wait time nearly all kia models 5 months, longer for purgeot , guess wait see.
I’m placing order we’d, my motability dealer is honest most genuin ,he has said going on recent factory orders placed he will deliver June 24. That’s good enough for me ,I also have spoken to sportage owner his took 4 months.
