March 4, 2024 at 12:16 pm #260153Hat trick ?
March 4, 2024 at 12:46 pm #260155Ordered the same as you, Micky. 12th of January ordered, Motability man said 16 to 18 weeks, but 22 weeks seems to the delivery time going by the KIA owners forum at the moment. Worth the wait in my opinion.

I ordered the GT Line 1.6 48v mild hybrid at the beginning of February and was told that the wait would be only 9 weeks. There does seem to be a lot of conflicting information about in this regard.
March 4, 2024 at 3:30 pm #260169I ordered at end of June and waited 8 months.
March 4, 2024 at 4:05 pm #260171Was originally going for the 1.6 hybrid GTs . Beautiful car inside and out . Ended up ordering the Honda ZR-V .
Overall package just tipped the balance!March 4, 2024 at 6:13 pm #260175My next door neighbour has today got a Sportage 2 in red.
March 4, 2024 at 7:02 pm #260180March 4, 2024 at 7:37 pm #260182@tudor777 9 weeks, now that would be nice, but a longer wait maybe more realistic. Although, saying that, DFDS the shipping company charged with bringing the Sportage to Immingham have put on a bigger RoRo ship for this month, and they’ve also got 3 shipments this month purely for cars only, no freight on board. Which would suggest that a lot more Sportages will be landing this month.
Well, I can only dream LOL!!

March 5, 2024 at 8:29 am #260201Stretched Sportage with slightly different front.
Doesn’t look as well proportioned as the Europe Sportage.
March 5, 2024 at 9:11 am #260206That front is horrible, fortunately it’s not on all models in the US, just the X-line AWD and Pro Plus and X. But the back end I like, plus the extra 14.5 cm length!
March 5, 2024 at 2:56 pm #260272After seeing this thread I chased up my order to be told that the model I ordered, the GT 1.6 petrol, would be from “June onwards”.
Bit of a leap from what I was told when I placed the order but will just have to wait. This will be my first motability car so will be stuck with my beat up old Honda for a while sadly ?
March 5, 2024 at 4:41 pm #260302@tudor777 Don’t worry, it’ll fly by and before you know it, it will be collection day. I’m so impatient, but it’s nearly already 2 months since I ordered, and the time is flying by, but it still doesn’t stop me looking shipping schedules and videos of Sportages being built at the Zilina factory in Slovakia LOL!!
