my disabilities prevent me being able to look under car ,im just going on what RAC man told me .
anyway goes into dealership tomorrow so hope get it back all fixed up.
cant remember when service last done car only done 2800 miles , oil on drive but i never saw it rac man found it
update my kia sportage ,rac home help came today very efficient rac man ,said no oil in sump iether ive hit something on road without realiseing or last service drain plug not tightened sufficiently ?? car has to be transported to dealership tomorrow .
on the forum many people mentioned kia sportage problems ,i feel the car is full of problems , i have lost interest in my kia sportage for many reasons , sorry if offends some but i just dont trust this car.
i have to admit i dont drive this kia sportage gts hibred much, it just needs be functioning as to when i need car , ,i dont like car and with what im reading now ,i think we where all conned , , ahh well i look forward to replaceing it, hopefully even if thats next year.
yes kezo i think thats what it is , but kia dealership should know that ,give the advice , they seem to say ,app ahh well we havent touched the app ????

thankyou for that most kind ,im pretty sure it needs me drive car then it will connect , will update case someone else has this problem, my carerer ex para is in hospital been very ill but pleased to say he is in good spirits was given private room he loves it ,and foods good, i cant get to see him but our 3rd mate mark has visited him ,we chat on phone, i will drivw car soon, i dont drive alot now ,just when need to. bless all.
i think i need drive kia so connects & wakes up. why doesnt dealership have that advice give me . ok no more bits about kia apps lol
ahh ok ,i spoke too soon kia app has gone wrong again , im not putting it back kia dealership when i drive it hope mobile phone can connect wake the kia apl up.
had phone call emg ,said they did another upgrade as yesterday not done correctly ,so app now functioning & they going to return car , pity not done yesterday properley . good job i phoned them , so lets hope all is well now .
i think dealerships should have knowledge of kia app that vehicles now have .
fed up with situation cant waste anymore time on it ,one thing kia dealership should have knowledge of kia app that all new cars have but emg kia cambridge dont seem have that knowledge?. so when i get car back hope app start working when i drive it , i do wish i took no notice of kias emeil book yoir car in for update.
phone call from emg saying they havent caused app not showing car location ,even though it did before they had the car ,almost blameing me ,they said they dont know much about kia app, what hopeless lot , all i can do is get car back hope app starts functioning as it allways has , emg kia cambridge have again let me down.
had phone call from emg kia he was asking me about my problem he did not even know my car is in again to try sort out issues they caused by updateing it , kia said it needed updateing ,i wish id never put it into emg cambridge .
above is what was not removed from new car ,nearly caused 2 accidents

with my disabilitys i cant keep plugging in an eletric car i need hibred ,skoda now have wonderfull looking cars but all electric ,i think, i havent been happy with kia emg dealership ,they did not give car pre delivery check when car was new ,so after month car had fault , when it came back running was better than new when first got car , they where intetested in revealing car from black sheet TADAA , than pre delivery checks , i had issue with feet slipping off pedals nearly hit another car twice, couldnt understand it , my carerer looked found plastic protection sleeves on foot pedals slowly comeing loose , THESE should of been removed pre delivery check ,but we dont think it had one , no explination of what variouse things do , , just there you go michael enjoy . so. i would not go to kia emg again , but they where all pleasant people unlike volvo who hardly spoke to. me . i do think motability customers are maybe not same as cash buyers ???
they have collected car lets hope they do right this time , ive not been that pleased with sportage ,if, i have another car it will need to have alot of room for mobility scooter , i did check this when chooseing car ,compared it to space in modeo eastate , which gave us plenty ,but we think boot space we looked at on google mondeo was incorrect so ,we ended up with lack of storage space in kia sportage ,my carers have take feet bits off every time we use wheelchair , looking at pergeot 5008 if have another car. sportage is very comfortable we find.
yes i have new app they are collecting car again today put right what they never did on first car update yesterday , it was kia ghat said car needed updateing ,other new cars do it over air.
yes 24 model ,new app , kia said your car needs update ,need computers to do it, i said only use mobile phome , they said no computer , so i said ok take it in upgrade it, they said ok ,had it today ,but it appears the modem needs rebooting with paper clip ?? but that wasnt done , so took me to realise theres problem as new app doesnt know where car is,its on my drive, but needs modem rebooting ,so i suppose they will pick it up again put it right ,im in wheelchair.
