i was aware of Motabiltity’s guidance on installation of an EV charger , and the distances mentioned therein, but without going under the floor, there is no obvious ‘cable route’ to my driveway, hence the question “does Motabiliy offer a pre-installation survey service prior to placing an order for an EV?”

I have Motor Neurone Disease, so accessing location of my electricity meter to take photographs is impossible for me and it’s difficult to explain to my wife/full time carer.
