November 15, 2023 at 11:18 am in reply to: How has David Cameron become foreign minister, when he’s not elected as a MP?? #243736Well after Cameron helped a Company called Greensill screw the Treasury of Millions of our cash there was No way he would get in to the House of Lords. However Rishie has used this to get him in through the Back Door and he hopes to get the same reward. It’s Grab What you can time now. The Beginning of the END.
Well Shock of the year. Got an Email from Motability yesterday to call dealership. The DS3 I ordered on 2nd October 23 has arrived. The dealer told me that it was in garage awaiting and ready to pick up on Tuesday 21st Nov. Well that s a total of 7 weeks from order for a Factory Build. Very Happy. Can’t wait.
Well I finally cancelled my 2008. After all the changes and AP Changes which I was told I couldn’t alter because Peugeot were giving me a Free Sat Nav. Bearing in mind I was going to pay £500 more AP than the current price I had enough. Cancelled and ordered a DS3 . And at least the date given has already been shortened to End Nov from January. Well I will wait and see how it pans out.
The 1.5 Diesel on the scheme is a diesel however it is very economical for the size of car. Lovely interior and spec. I did try one. However bit big for me. Did opt for the DS3 Petrol. DS is A Real Head Turner.
Lucky you. I ordered March GT 1.2 and now looking at October build and Nov Delivery. Plus price I pay is £699 whereas the price is now £199. Looks like another cancelation. And DS here I come.

Well whether you are Tory or Labour supporter. I hardly think this One U Turn is going to win Him the election. The Damage has been done over the Last 13 years and Yes he may get a few Votes. But people have become Tired of being Screwed over so it’s Time for Change.
September 22, 2023 at 11:09 am in reply to: Automotive industry’s reaction to Sunak’s 2030 pushback! #234362Well Ban or No Ban. How many on this site have coughed up a Bigger AP to go electric only now to be told. You din’t need to. So will they get A Refund. ?
Well I spoke to Motability who informed me The Price you pay is What you agreed when you order. This does work both ways and should the dealer want to help then they can amend the order to give the lower price. However they do not have to do that. I told the chap I was considering cancelling and going elsewhere and he replied to make sure the car you want is available before cancelling. So No goodwill from Motability and I will mull over this and see closer the date. Think I will wait for October prices and take it from there.
Cheers
Thanks. I been looking everywhere.
I ordered DS3 Last June. Got build of Oct/Dec/Feb/April. Gave up Cancelled .
The Other factor here is The Inconvenience of having to plan trips too. As it All adds up. Time to charge against Time to fill up. ?
Morning. Can you please advise me as to how to change my password please. Cheers Ianto
Well, I really liked the car . However after a test drive in the 1.2 petrol I did ask about diesel thinking they may come quicker. Well there was No Positive response on delivery times. So I can only assume that it’s Join the Queue and wait. I was shocked that there is already an Updated 2023 model which has done away with electric seats and one or two other things. But as a car. I loved it.
I had a charger fitted within three weeks of ordering a car. I have since cancelled after waiting 8 months.
Never knew there were fees for Debit Card. ?
Going to see one today. All depends on what’s available or is it another Join The Queue job.
Yes. Similar to my current car. I have looked at maybe diesel option. Overall are you happy with it. ?
Hi, Thanks for reply. I am looking at the GT. This is to replace my canceled order for the DS3. I would go for either Petrol or even the Diesel depending on the Costs. Thanks
