This is a continuation of the old thread started by Jamesg, the old thread was becoming slow to load.
https://forum.whichmobilitycar.co.uk/forums/topic/vehicle-numbers-on-the-motability-scheme/page/26/
We keep a list of all the changes on this page:
https://www.whichmobilitycar.co.uk/motability-news-feed/
We will be deleting all posts not related directly to the number of vehicles on the Scheme at the end of the day, or sometimes sooner. Please do not take offence if your post is deleted, it’s intended to make this thread as uncluttered as possible.

Wednesday 23rd April 2025 – Vehicles on the Scheme – 868 Change +1 Mazda +1 (phev) CX60 +1
Good to see the Homura model bundled with both the Convenience and Driver assistance packs again. The removal of these essential but expensive (to add as options) packs bundled with the car pretty much knocked the CX-60 off our shortlist last year (along with the mediocre reviews).

May 3, 2025 at 10:05 am #305047May 3, 2025 at 10:11 am #305048May 3, 2025 at 10:24 am #305049Yip. Mind I live in hope that it can be done as an update as Peugeot intended on doing. And I don’t get this one pedal driving. I can drive mine and the old Kona with one pedal.
May 3, 2025 at 11:40 am #305051When they say one pedal they mean the car will come to a stop I think. Any EV can be one pedal driven but when you want to stop you still need the brake so I’m guessing they mean it’ll actually stop.
Didn’t Renault claim that before on V2l?

That’s getting pretty low again, do we know what the all time lowest figure was for vehicles in the scheme?
May 8, 2025 at 4:41 pm #305301Didn’t it drop below 500 after the lockdowns and major parts shortages?
Current: MY24 Renault Austral Iconic FHD. AP £3,995 +£570 for hoist.
Previous Motability cars:
2013 Ford Focus estate petrol auto.
2016 Vauxhal Zafira 1.4T petrol SE Auto.

I don’t remember below 500 but can remember 580ish. That may have been on its way back up though.
We’re still at relatively decent numbers for these days, nowhere near the pre Daily Fail days though.

May 9, 2025 at 10:20 am #305313yes!!!! lol it needs to stay on till feb but the juke hybrid tekna+ @ £1593 on wpms is perfect for me top end of affordability so ideally the price needs to come down but at least its there for now.
May 9, 2025 at 10:44 am #305314in fact all three of todays additions are probably in myy top 5 along with the austral that disappeared the other day and the ioniqs. the tekna at £593 on wpms is the budget option with the minis the countryman 1.5c excl up near the top at £1640.00 and the cooper 3dr 2.0s the fun one at £1540.00.
