Hi All – I’m recently new to the scheme and applied for a Vivaro e life elite in June of this year. Was told by my local dealer should be before end of year for delivery and I paid the 4,499 upfront advance payment the day I ordered. I’ve heard nothing from the dealer and Vauxhall themselves fobbed me off when I contacted them direct by telling me they will work with the dealer etc to communicate with me more often to keep me updated on progress. At this point I have not even got a build slot. Anyone else having any luck getting one of these Vivaros?

Amanda contact your local mp, get the contact details of the dealership s regional manager and tell them you’re going to the press, they hate bad publicity

So just had a call from my dealer. The Vivaro has arrived. 14months in total. Hopefully others get their orders soon.

We ordered our elite in June 22 and it finally arrived a fortnight ago. Just waiting for adaptations to be fitted before we can collect as the elite is no longer built they have swapped our order to the ultimate without asking us.

Ordered my elite in June 22 and been told not to be getting mine till same time in 2024 don’t know what’s up with Vauxhall but this is so wrong when they take you’re money and never give updates I’ve had to chase up everything my self.
