So I have just been accepted the second time round for a ev charger outside my house.
The first time I spoke to someone who done the paper work over the phone and more or less rejected me straight away.
2nd time I done the form over the phone myself that went straight through I just had the installation company on the phone to arrange a time to install the charger.
My suggestion is people who have been rejected could maybe try again and apply on line.??

What on earth was the excuse for saying no on the phone? What site did you go to online?

I think the people on the phone make there own decisions. If they think you may be rejected they just filter you out and reject you MAYBE.
