        ive one of these…  https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B019GAFLQC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

i use it as a distraction from neighbour noise at night and its vert good. i use one of the fan settings actually but it has loads. plenty others tho too.

I do suffer industrial tinnitus too but its less bothersome now as im used to it more and its not as loud as it was. Back in day i went to bed with a walkman and buds just on low. when it ran out of music i was already asleep.

My tinnitus was a side effect of my epilim medication, originally I was on 2500 a day, it was controlled to some extent by a special hearing aid, eventually they reduced it down to 800, slowly my tinnitus went away, I am now on 500 a day no tinnitus.

Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
