This was due to end on 31 December 2024 for new customers, but we’ve extended it for a few days until 3 January 2025.
This is to give you a final chance to order your first car if your dealer is closed over the festive period.

The timing of this and the new PIP providers is nothing short but hilarious. Both news released within 24hrs of each other and designed to hit the most vulnerable in society again. The advanced payments are disgustingly high and are nothing more than greed
The car I ordered back in May still hasn’t arrived and is now 2 months over due. Because I am a first time Motability customer I was told that I would be entitled to the £750 new vehicle payment. Being a bit negative I am not expecting to receive the car until next year, will I still be entitled to the payment?
