I keep telling her in doors to turn it off but she can’t help it but said it’s the only place to get information but I tell her that half that information is hearsay and is much the same as internet click bait. Another good tip to help take your mind off things is audible web site has lots of free books to listen to.
Spend an hour with headphones on sit in the garden or relax in a chair and enjoy.
