After work today I was passing the local Toyota garage and popped in for a look at the new RAV4 hybrid.
Chap said they are hard to get and the earliest would be January for 4WD and June for 2WD!
Quite fancy a 4WD in the top spec with leather, so if anyone knows (or comes across ) a dealer with one in stock, let me know.

Teddy they look awful up close but maybe I just saw the basic model in Tesco carpark it was the wheel arches
It’s a good job we don’t all like the same cars otherwise the lead times for delivery would be even longer!!
Surely you cannot compare a Juke with a Rav4.
That’d be like asking for a Magnum and getting a Magnum Mini! Sacrilege!!!

I saw the identical model and colour RAV4 that we have ordered driving into my daughters school this morning!
Looks like the deliveries have started to come into the UK, one salesman told me customers had been cancelling orders due to long lead times. It may be worth phoning dealerships to see if any may be available but you may be limited to model and colour choices.
Also don’t restrict yourself to your local dealers, we have 3 or 4 within 10 miles of us but got a better service from one further away!

According to the RAV4 forum, the 4WD is more easily available due to the high demand for the 2WD version.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
I’ve just phoned 3 or 4 and not a sniff of a car! Frustrating.
