brydoGreat to see the ID 4 on the scheme, really decent car.
July 1, 2021 at 12:38 pm #156957ID4 on the scheme is good, bit basic in terms of equipment though. Not complaining either way. If the ID4 made it onto the scheme, we might get the Enyaq next quarter too.
The ID3 though, now that’s a deal for £1350 with all bells and whistles. So far, to me, the highlight of this quarter.
Tiguan Elegance went up by £250 for the 1.5 TSI.
Prior: SEAT Ateca Xcellence Lux 1.5 TSI DSG MY19, VW Golf GTE PHEV DSG MY23
Current: Hyundai Ioniq 6 Ultimate

TerryI have the ID3 max on order with £4799 up front, that is now
£1399, I have not recieved or accepted it as yet, due on the
08/08/21, will I now get it for the £1399, or will I have to start
the order all over again?
July 1, 2021 at 1:19 pm #156967speak to the dealer its a paper exercise for him to cancel the order and redo it at the new price, shouldnt affect your delivery date. 2 minute job.
July 1, 2021 at 1:35 pm #156969Rumours of AP on Kona going up to 3499, false.

Speak to the dealer, they will advise. By the way, what is the lead time on an ID3?

Shortie105Does anyone know why there is such a big difference in AP between the two iD4 models when there is only £1380 between on price?

Hi Rene
Yep the Elegance is up £250 but I was expecting that because the whole VW range went up by about £500 in May.
I can rest easy now knowing at least there’s something suitable for me to order in 4 weeks to the day from now.
Noted all Tiguan Allspace’s now gone but expect some trims will be back when the facelift goes on sale.

Yeah, with the GLA180 Premium Plus, Tiguan Elegance and now the ID3 as the “sensible option”, i think the quarter isn’t entirely lost even though 150ish cars (or trims/options) got removed.
One thing worth noting is that the ID3 in the first quarter after introduction to the scheme was plenty (stupendously) expensive, the ID4 might drop in price for Q4.
The Allspace will return, very much like the Peugeot 308 i think it’s missing because they’re in the process of getting the new versions on the market.

GeorgieBit of a mixed bag for me:
Puma Vignale drops £100 to £599, so now covered by Good Condition Bonus.
Mini Countryman Cooper S Classic holds at £999, so still out of reach.
Seat Leon 150 Excellence Lux up £50 to £749, so . . .
July 1, 2021 at 2:10 pm #156980All the excitement and build up to Q3 is invariably followed by the usual anti climax, however there are some decent offers on electric with AP´s on ICE´s going up, on the whole.

ldc7080i am going to test drive a Kia Soul on the 16/7 Q1 £3499, Q2 £1999 Q3 £999 somebody up there likes me 🙂
July 1, 2021 at 3:25 pm #156991VW T-ROC 2.0L 4×4 petrol AP goes from £999 to £2,249. Jolly glad I ordered a month ago!
(edited for typing wrong figures!)

RichardwIt was always a bargain at £999
July 1, 2021 at 5:02 pm #156999If you are anything like me, Idc7080, you’ll love the Soul. I took it out to see if an EV would suit me, came back after a few hours of fun and ordered straight away at £1999.
Its surprisingly spacious inside & don’t forget to drop the boot floor, it frees up a lot of space & still leaves room for the cables.
In life, it's not who you know that's important, it's how your wife found out.
July 1, 2021 at 5:20 pm #157004My initial thoughts. As I will be in the market for a BEV, it has been good news this Q with more choice and better AP´s although I need to wait for Q4 before I can order, so hopefully some of the competitive prices will remain. For those looking for an ICE and something large to accommodate a wheelchair etc, choice appears to have fallen with prices going in the opposite direction. Large SUV´s appear to have a large choice on the face of it, however I struggle to see how the Mini Countryman, Suzuki s4 cross, 3008 etc are classed as large SUV´s. The Kodiaq has gone. For under 25´s the choice is very limited, and those wanting electric have only “small” to chose from.
July 1, 2021 at 5:33 pm #157006Too right, Richardw. Such a bargain I had to have it. Oh, and the fact that, on paper at least, it’ll out pull the GTE!
