Also a huge shame that it appears you have to have a 7 seat if you want the 4wd tekna auto

        Yes, correct again.

Although as I posted above, you cannot build it on the Nissan car configurator!

And having to have the 7 seat option might be problematic for hoists.

The diesel auto is a CVT. The petrol a dual clutch gearbox.

If you try the nissan website the X-trail is not offered on motability at all and the configurator doesn’t show the 1.7 diesel in any form let alone the 1.7 diesel auto Tekna

That is what concerns me about Nissan!

They did after all start supplying the x-trail with the 1.7 diesel engine in the UK in mid April.

If it takes two months for them to update their website……………..

Then, if they themselves don’t know it is on the scheme!

It is certainly not a good outlook for Nissan.

It doesn’t seem restricted to just the website either, I had the same issue with my local dealer, they didn’t have a single new car in the showroom or forecourt, didn’t know the X-Trail was on the scheme and assured me that the 1.7 diesel Tekna wasn’t available!

It was on my list but now I’ll have to give it a miss as I can’t even trust the dealer to be able to order the damn car!

How gutted would you be if you thought you were ordering a new model, only to receive old stock.

I’m sure the last lot of x trails were old stock, not the latest model.

I can confirm that these are the new 2019 models as I have ordered one and it has just left the factory in Japan. Target pick up date is 9th August.

This is for a 1.7 Dci Teckna 4WD Manual 7 Seater in Storm White.
