Update from dealership ,he said my25 sportage going into production a month early ,his words ,and said he should get some dates through soon. Just passing on to those with sportage on order.

@kezo – I hope so! unless this is why some of the sportages have been pulled off Motability as there is another change, hopefully I will have secured a 212, but it is what it is I suppose!

When i got car ,im in wherlchair with my carer pall, car was covered in black silk cover ,it was slowley revealed ,with bit drum roll lol.

The hybrid has always been popular with Sportage/Tucson and there has never being the amount of hybrid Tuscons on the scheme compared to the Sportage. Kia will be refreshing the Sportage in the not so distant future and most likely clearing the backlog of orders hence the hybrids removal from the scheme.

Hyundai/Kia have ditched the 180hp engine seen in the AWD models and now rely on the upgraded 160hp engine seen in the ICE, hence 215ps for the hybrid.

There is slight variation on the PHEV’s, which is mainly down to the Refreshed Tucson having a upgrade 72kw electric motor and the Sportage retaining the 66.9kw for now (240 vs 250bhp)

More to the point, everything other than the Sportage PHEV lines up with the Tucsons lineup up! However brochure errors aren’t unheard of from either manufacturer.

What is ur current car? as this bhp thing will not be a problem on the kia website they have listed it wrong and Carwow has went with it if u look on kia website and download the spec it still says 212bhp.

now I had a CLA 180 and this car has far more guts than that CLA used to shake trying to over take a truck one of the worst cars I have ever driven

Bigmac7288. ,i agree 100% hated my cla 180 shootingbreak glad get rid of it for me ,low 4″ ground clearance ,uncomfortable seats, many things i disliked about it ,pandemic car ,not allowed test drive or look at dealership model,mercedes company not able to trust. Only good thing was longer than sportage, but thats only good thing i can day.

 

Sportage voice recognition ,well still getting used to it.

One thing i dont seem to have ambient lighting in front of passenger side on dash  ?. Ive seen it on many other sportages ,unless it needs turning on .  I have Ambient lights around center consul only ,now in blue.

Well its very simular almost same ,this is what ive got on my dash ,i went into settings & this tracks time of day, usa & uk

Above is uk simular ,if you dont know you can get this in your settings , 1 style changes colour as when you choose eco or sport. Above one tracks time of day, as i said this is what ive chosen in settings.
