Hello, I am presently into the 5th year of my lease having extended in January 2022.
As yet I have not ordered a replacement but was wondering, if I order a replacement and receive it before the 5th year is up, do I only receive the 3 year gcb or the 5 year gcb.

      Thanks

Pretty sure GCB is pro rata.

At least it was prior to the GCB changes.

Prior: SEAT Ateca Xcellence Lux 1.5 TSI DSG MY19, VW Golf GTE PHEV DSG MY23
        Current: Hyundai Ioniq 6 Ultimate
        Next: we'll see what's available in 2028.

I kept my Skoda Superb 2 months under 5yrs and I received an extra £100 ontop of the 3 yr £600 GCB. If I’d of kept it for a full 5yrs I would of got an extra £300 on top of the 3 yr £600 GCB. So its not exactly pro rata.

For any cars excluding WAVs orders placed from 1 October 2022, the Good Condition Payment is £250 at the end of a three-year lease or £350 for a five-year lease.

My car was 55 months old in January when exchanged for my new Motability Car.

I received the £350 advance on GCP along with everyone else, and a further £350, yesterday along with the new vehicle payment of £250.

looks like a further £500 new vehicle payment is also arriving in March?

                Ok, thanks for the information.

Looks like I will get £350, plus the £350 I received a while back that was put away so not to spend it.

So together with that £700 and the new car payment of £750 I will have £1450 to put towards my new car advance payment.

Just got to find the right car, looked at a few online but most seem to miss things I need like, powered tailgate, heated steering wheel, electric handbrake and a infotainment system that I can use Android Auto on.

So favourites at the moment are the Qashqai E power or the Skoda Karoq. Just need to go and see them in the flesh.

We’re looking at a car on Saturday and they’ve said one is available in March, 2 months before our 5 year lease is up. So if we took that we’d lose £200 of the GCB?

I think I could live with that if it saves having to wait for months if ordering a different colour.
