Went into Ford today to have a sit in a Puma ST.
While i was there i asked about when they will be getting the new Explorer EV in the showroom and they said its launch has been delayed by 6 months until next summer at the earliest.

The 2022 ruling involved newly launched models – those not already on sale in dealerships – sold in EU countries will need to have Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA) systems installed as standard.
The 2024 ruling can be read here, The question is will this include us given we left – guess its a waiting game to see what the DFT do!
Yes the UK are following suit, was reported in the press last year
