Just wondering how long people waited for their Enyaq? Or if you are still waiting how long/any delays? We have been trying to decide between the Enyaq Sportline+ or the Renault Scenic Espirit Alpine. Our Skoda dealer has quoted 26 weeks whereas our Renault dealer has said we can have a Matte grey Scenic by August. Have seen some people cancelling their Enyaq orders so just looking for people’s views on their waiting times.

Jojoe is correct, I added the Advanced pack.

Would I do it again? no, not for £2035.  The main thing I wanted from it was the upgraded sound system, in reality it’s not that much better than the standard one, certainly not a “premium” upgrade.

As for the rest of the pack the only thing I’d miss would be the HUD as I find it very useful. The heated rear seats I don’t use as 90% of the time there’s usually only me and one of my kids in it.  The heated windscreen has never been used or needed as you can pre-heat the car anyway so no de-icing needed.

Not only should you get your £2035 refunded I’d ask for some sort of compensation for them buggering up the order, even if it’s just a set of mudflaps, better floor mats, boot liner etc etc.

Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!

Yes, it states clearly on the order sheet! ADVANVED

gutted that you have waited so long for it to be the wrong spec. What is it in the advanced pack that could be a show stopper? if nothing, and all of it was nice to have, my recombination would be get the car. They are lovely to drive and cheap to run too.

I’ve had a good conversation with the dealer and I’m trying to do a deal as compensation for delays, disappointment & for not honouring their part of the contract!

They are ringing me in the morning to let me know if a deals done!

Shouldn’t have to be like this but the situation is as it is & I’m sure there’s a deal to be done!

I ordered on the 19th of June,
Salesman emailed me this week to say that they had an unconfirmed build date of week 39 in Sept and he suggested that would be a delivery of mid November, which is an improvement of the Early/mid December, worst case scenario January 25 he told me on day i ordered

Crikey however much did you spend? Was it not cheaper to get the max pack at that point?

                  You’ll love it I’m sure

Just had a phone call from salesman. I ordered 19th of June, was told I had a build week of 39, apparently he’s been advised that it’s built, and that shipping & transport could take another 2 to 4 weeks.

got to say I’m not impressed with the post order customer service
