    Which Mobility Car

There is a lot of knowledge amongst us, I exclude myself.

The COVID 19 is dominating the news:

      How worried should we be?

Will this be Spanish flu proportions or just another contained outbreak as SARS and MERS were?

Oh – and when will we start to see ‘Just in time’ manufacturing suffer?

Dragonfly you are about an hour too late. I posted on the off topic section of the forum.

          I hope he pulls through.

If anyone thinks that China can be put back in its box by any actions by western nations over Covid-19, this is a good read:

And China will just deny it all.

The HJS have history with an anti- China stance. This piece was written by their main man:

Quite a long read, wmc, which says we don’t really know. Sadly, I suspect we never will.  Which means the lesson we should learn is that these things happen and we must try to be better prepared in future.

I’ve just been told that the daily mail today says 80% of the U.K. will get the virus

you have to consider before and after you read some of this rubbish what is the writers history/stance on the subject and some of the rediculous stories and programmes (david icke) knocking about border on lunacy.

unfortunately a certain mr trump leads the way with a lot of the rubbish spouted about this virus and equally unfortunately there are a lot of people that follow him.

a pinch of salt seems to be the best seasoning.

Both me and my wife are on the shielding list so haven’t been out of the house for weeks, and think it will be some months yet. The salesman at our VW dealership keeps sending updates about the Allspace we ordered in December but it all seems a bit pointless now.
Highly doubt we will risk picking it up in June/July even if the deaership is open…

I too ordered mine on 29th Dec, I had a build date of today but the factory in Mexico where they’re made closed 2 weeks ago, I hope we still get them, especially as I got mine at q4 price, I’m hoping the first thing I do when this is all over is drive to Bradford to pick it up, hope you get yours too mate, stay safe

I worked with steel erectors many years ago building a football stand. I had my full harness on and they were walking along 4 inch beams forty feet in the air with no harness.

On the flip side the money they made was unbelievable.

The only person who got all his work done by Friday was Robinson Crusoe.

Children up to the age of 11 are returning to nurseries and schools across Denmark, as the government becomes the first in Europe to relax coronavirus restrictions on education.

Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen welcomed children as they went back to school in the capital Copenhagen.

Denmark was among the first countries in Europe to impose a lockdown, with schools closed on 12 March.

Infection rates have been low but critics warn the strategy is risky.

“We’re all a bit nervous and we’ll have to ensure that we stick to hygiene rules,” Elisa Rimpler of the BUPL, the Danish Union of Early Childhood and Youth Educators, told the BBC.

“We have a lot of washing hands during the day. We don’t have masks and we have to keep a good distance from each other so that’s a very difficult task.”

Denmark’s move came as European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen set out a roadmap on Wednesday for a gradual lifting of restrictions across the 27-state bloc, but made clear it was not a signal to act immediately.

She set out key conditions involving a significant decrease in the spread of Covid-19, capacity in the health system, surveillance and monitoring. A donors’ conference will take place online for governments and organisations to pledge money in search of a vaccine, Mrs von der Leyen added.
