this really upsets me because it seams like a complete disregard to disabled people , What was there reason for forgetting to order the car i always think its just an excus , you dont forget when your job is selling and ordering cars, what compensation are they giving you for their error
this has happen to me twice last time (about three cars ago) the manager of the ford garage called me to say the motability sales man forgot to order my car i ordered a basic car the manager said he can give top of the one but there was and extra £1800 to pay i said but it was your muck up and i cant a ford the extra he said when you pick up the if you can pay what you can towards it because it would come out of there budget , i said i see how much i can get extra. when i collected the car i said sorry i couldn’t afford any more money, and got the car at no extra cost, the sales man could not even come and speak to me when i collected the car. Also i would complain to motability see if they can help ,
