i agree with @jojo22 all this is just the softening up barrage to see where the weak points in their arguments are and what mud sticks and has support from voters. one by one everything that has been “leaked” to or via the press has been back tracked as speculation and where its gained support its been doubled down on.
not this year but next stand by for amendments in qualification and even levels of support. i applied for an increase in my war pension as everythings worse than it was, we are up to 18 months and counting i wonder why. i reckon rules will change and they will apply to current and future applicants.
